Dream team
Having smashed my phone, I needed a replacement quickly, with as much of my data salvaged as possible, without costing the earth... Olly and Dan at the Newmarket store understood the assignment! While Olly quickly went through my options for a new phone, and found a way to save money on my existing plan, Dan found a unit that was immediately available and then worked his magic to back up as much of the data that he could from my damaged phone.
I had feared a really long and complex process of getting a new phone sorted at short notice, but this dream team had me out the door in under an hour with just a few updates etc left to do to finish setting up the new device.
I was so glad I decided to go in store rather than try to go it alone online.

Having selected my preferred option he then did the necessary set up whilst keeping me informed of what he was doing. At all times I felt I was being dealt with in a professional and efficient manner

Newmarket Vodafone store
We went into the Newmarket Vodafone store, as we had a problem with our current contract.
Sreejith the retail advisor, was excellent, very knowledgeable, and he spent time resolving our problem.
We were very impressed with the service given.

Outstanding Customer Service - Olly
Olly was outstanding today with his customer service. He went above and beyond to ensure I had the correct WiFi package I struggle with understanding certain things and he was very empathetic and stood out. I have not ever received customer service like this before from Vodafone. He helped explain everything to me in a way which I understood and didn’t rush me and provided me with the BEST service today. Olly is a real credit to your team and should be recognised for his hard work and faultless customer service. Charisma and personality goes a long way when working with the public.
