Switching our account from BT
Switching our account from BT to Vodafone was never going to be an easy task, but Olly took us through the process, and dealt with the system oddities and bugs in a calm professional and friendly manner.
Better than I would have done given the poor systems.

I went to the Vodafone shop in Newmarket and I had a member of staff (Olly) greet me at the door and was amazingly helpful when upgrading my phone. Also had a great chat with the whole team while we were sorting out the contract. Couldn’t recommend Olly’s services enough!
