I was with O2 for years and the other…
I was with O2 for years and the other night I had a horrible experience when I tried to get help with my phone and was basically laughed out the door. I couldn't believe it. I happened to see Vodafone, so I went in and spoke to a chap called Stewart. He was so friendly and helpful, the complete opposite of what I had just dealt with. Stuart set me up with a new sim contract and talked me through everything. I will definitely be sticking with Vodafone as their service is outstanding!

Upgrade with Stuart
I haven't wanted to upgrade my phone for years but the battery wasn't getting very bad. I asked about my options and had such a friendly conversation with Stuart. He helped me pick a new phone that I love and helped move everything onto it from my old phone. 10 out of 10!

Fionnuala was so helpful in sorting out and using my phone while I am on Holiday.
She explained how to use local wifi in flight mode to to keep costs down and also how to access my Vodaphone App

I popped into store to ask about a Doro…
I popped into store to ask about a Doro phone for my Mother. Stuart not only recommended a great device for her but he also managed to decrease her monthly payments. I'm very pleased with the service in Newtownards. They are lovely and friendly staff.

Fantastic experience
It's not often that going to the phone shop with a broken phone and a sick one year old can be described as a great way to spend the morning. But thanks to John and Stuart in Ards store that's exactly what today was!
To say they couldn't have been more helpful would be an understatement. They talked me through all my options, loaned me a phone to sort my insurance claim and helped me get sorted with my new handset. All while helping keep a rather snuffly baby happy and entertained.
Really appreciated the help and the laughs. Keep up the good work!
