Excellent customer service
Stuart Ledgerwood was the staff dealing with us he is very helpful with us customers. There are actually four group of people he is dealing at the same time and he managed to do it by himself as there is no other staff available to help him. He is the definition of best customer service, He needs a raise!

Stuart gave us such clear and thorough explanations of how our new iPhone 15 would work, costings and all the different options offered to us that we were completely understanding. So unlike the normal ' blinded by the technology' received elsewhere! We have a super deal. Stuart should be teaching others this job. Fionnuala was also extremely helpful. Great assets to Vodafone. .

Couldn’t be any happier with my service Fionnuala was more than helpful and very understanding of my situation and explained everything in great detail couldn’t recommend this store more than enough came in for help with my bill and left with the issue resolved a tablet a broadband and ring doorbell John also managed to save me £60 on future bills overall I’m so very impressed

Absolutely amazing service we had a problem with one of our phones Stuart sorted it straight away and told me there was some dust in the speaker that is why we had a problem hearing he was unreal I wanted to pay for this he totally refused saying this is what we are here for.

Best customer service I've ever had ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I recently purchased a Google Pixel phone from Vodafone, and I had the pleasure of working with Stuart. I can confidently say that he provided me with some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. Not only was Stuart incredibly knowledgeable about the phone I was interested in, but he went above and beyond to help me find the best deal and price. His friendly and personable demeanor made the entire experience a breeze, and I felt like I was in good hands from start to finish.
Overall, I highly recommend Stuart as a sales rep at Vodafone. He is truly a credit to the company and a shining example of what great customer service should look like. Thank you, Stuart, for your help and dedication to making my phone-buying experience a great one!

Stuart was unbelievably kind and helpful
Stuart helped me with my upgrade and also transferred everything across to my new phone. He was incredibly kind and friendly and an asset to the company. I can't recommend him highly enough!

I am usually very nervous about going into phone shops as I'm not very techy, but the staff at Vodafone Newtownards were so friendly and knowledgeable that I felt very much at ease. Stuart discussed plenty of options with me until we found one that suited and even saved me money!
