Worth waiting for!
There was quite a long wait to see an advisor but it was worth it! Tolis was absolutely delightful! Friendly, helpful and professional and he persisted in trying to solve my problem until he succeeded. You need more employees like Tolis! I am hoping to get a new phone before the end of the year and I will chose to see Tolis again for that purchase because of my positive experience today.

Lovely girl, customer service was amazing she explained everything clearly I felt like my needs were met. Helped me set it up and showed me how to do things step by step, honestly the best advisor in the shop!! Anjie was thorough but also very quick, would recommend her to anyone.

Paul at Oxford Vodafone is a marvel!
I went in knowing that I needed mobile broadband but not much else and was helped by Paul, very knowledgeable and helped me without making me feel daft or overwhelmed. I'm not a tech novice, but I've never had the Internet at home. He even pointed out a discount on my phone bill (I'm with vodafone) that I could get just by doing nothing because of a promo they have on, which reduced my phone bill by £15 per month. So I'm sorted out with mobile broadband, reassured that if I don't like it I can bring it back within 2 weeks and he even fit the sim card for me. Superb customer service. 👌

Anjie and Aidan Excellent Customer Service (Both were absolutely amazing)
We came to Vodafone store to seek support and guidance for a new iPhone 17 pro. We also needed to have a Sim card with a variety of options. Besides, we had some technical and storage problems in our current iPhone. They were really helpful and supportive in understanding our concerns and bringing customer friendly solutions. We were really impressed by Anjie's kind, positive approach and patience throughout the service. Anjie was also very supportive for the new trainee Aidan for his induction. They were both genuine in providing guidance. Anjie addressed our questions professionally. We were really pleased by the excellent service we had today. Thank you very much for such engaged staff in Vodafone. Anjie and Aidan were absolutely amazing and helpful. (3 Cornmarket Street OX1 3EX)

Very good staff
We came to the store a little bit late today, it was 10 mins before the store closing. However, Tolis is very kind and very patient.He helped us to understand everything and solved our questions perfectly! Just want to say a big "Thank you" to Tolis. We had a very good experience in the store.
