False Coverage, Fake Support – Vodafone’s Playbook Exposed (Need Advice!)
Update (25th March 2025): Vodafone’s latest “solution” was directing me to a broken VOXI link (-----) after 20 days of zero connectivity. They still demand £96 to cancel their unusable service.
Key Failures:
1. False Advertising: Coverage checker claimed “full 4G/5G” at my address – proven lies.
2. Support Farce: 15+ agents repeated “reset APN/SIM swap” like broken robots.
3. Financial Blackmail: £96 fee to escape their scam.
Critical Ask to Trustpilot Users:
- Have you faced similar issues? How did you resolve them?
- Should I sue? Vodafone’s lies breach the Consumer Rights Act 2015 – is court my only option?
- Screenshot Shame: Trustpilot won’t let me upload chat proofs, but imagine agents pasting scripts like NPCs while ignoring logic.
To Vodafone:
This is your final public warning. Resolve this by:
1. Waiving the £96 fee.
2. Compensating 20 days of lost service + distress.
3. Fixing your fraudulent coverage checker.
Final Plea: If you value your time, money, or sanity, AVOID VODAFONE. To fellow victims:How do we unite against this predatory company?
