Free gift cards and paying disconnection fees is a scam!
Vodafone use Giftcloud to entice customers to sign up with them, promising gifts. They then add a 120 day wait and deny any knowledge of it in between.
I have been passed from pillar to post, given useless codes galore and still no gift card and no offer of paying disconnection fees.
It's a scam! Don't be fooled.

My customer experience today in Vodafone sale…
My experience today in Vodafone sale town centre was excellent.i took my 84 yr mum for a phone contract and the very helpful assistant mark sorted it all for us transferring everything over so we had none of the tech work to do .The respect he shown us was amazing as I’m not tech savvy either.nothing was to much trouble .when we got outside my mum said what a lovely gentleman and so helpful .i just felt this needed to be recognised as working in retail myself customer service is always my main priority.and that is exactly what we received today .

Josh was extremely helpful with talking me through the different options when looking to upgrade my phone.
There was no hard pressure sale tactics and he patiently explained the process with me and transferred my old phone to the new one.
He was very knowledgeable and professional throughout and was a credit to Vodafone.

I visited the Vodafone Sale store on…
I visited the Vodafone Sale store on Sunday to ask about the cost of going to Spain. I was served by a charming young man called Josh who answered all my questions and then checked my account to realise I was out a contract. I recommitted to a new contract at the same price as I was currently paying however now my plan included European. Thank You Josh!!
