I popped in to the stroud store today…
I popped in to the stroud store today as I was having storage issues with my phone. Connor the sales assistant was very patient and helpful with my issue and helped me get WhatsApp back on my phone. Thank you

Dan Charlie Connor
Dan, Charlie & Connor in the Stroud branch were really patient, kind and helpful to me whilst I was trying to choose a new phone and phone plan.
I must have spent 3 hours in total over three visits with them separately and as the whole process slightly addled my brain and I asked lots of questions they were incredibly patient
They all knew their stuff really well.

After a stressful unhelpful time…
After a stressful unhelpful time dealing with 02 customer service, I went into my local branch where I was helped by a young guy called Charlie, he completely understood my issue and soon sorted it, I have now moved over to Vodafone as there so helpful
