We were met with a very helpful…
We were met with a very helpful gentleman and his colleague, we were able to sort out the transfer of ownership without any difficulties. Until we are able to change to a new phone, a more suitable payment plan was put in place They also sorted a problem I was having with the phone. Very polite, helpful. Would highly recommend using the Vodafone shop in Sudbury

I've had broad band installed at new…
I've had broad band installed at new property . Can't connect to it and can't get help !!??? Keeping asking the robot to help and they say they will get a member of the team to call but still no help and has been 4 days without connection .. don't know what to do ?

Exceptional Service - 5* Experience
I popped in to ask about deals on upgrading my phone on Saturday and was served by Kurt.
He was very informative as he asked me probing questions so he could recommend the right product.
We went through different options and packages and he also gave me an amazing part-exchange deal for my old iPhone. He has thought of everything.
The deal was too good not to take that day, and it didn’t matter that I wasn’t local.
Kurt offered the service of him transferring my old phone meaning I just left it with him for a few hours and went back to collect my new phone with a case and screen protector fitted. How easy is that!
Kurt went above and beyond on Saturday to not only get me the right product but also took the hassle of changing it all over.
The service I received from Vodafone Sudbury was exceptional and I’m a very happy customer with a lovely new phone!

I received excellent customer service from Kurt. My Samsung Galaxy got soaked whilst I was on holiday... literally had died on me..I needed a new phone urgently...Kurt got me fixed up with a G Pixel 8a Thankfully my data was all backed up on Google & transferred...Thank you so much
