We came in store as my daughter damaged her phone.
Donna was amazing! Not only did she take time to help us with that but went above and beyond to help with some other issues I didn’t even realise were on my accounts!
The customer service was second to none! Cannot praise this lady enough! Absolutely excellent at her job!

Smooth service
Lovely smooth service. Came in to check my sim only. Andrew checked my account and gave me my options. No hard selling. I was offered suggestions and welcome to choose whichever I wanted. Left with a renewed contract. Couldn't fault the exchange. I recommend Vodaphone. (Sunderland, The Bridges Store)

Appalling customer service
We arrange to have broadband fitted on the 21st of Sept. 15 days later it still isn't in and working. Vodafone customer service is appalling. We have numerous engineers at our home and online with no success. We have spent days waiting in for help with very poor communication.
As our home security it internet based we have had to cancel a holiday. This company simply doesn't care about the customer so avoid being a customer.
