Great service
I recently visited the Vodafone branch in Swansea and had a really positive experience. I was professionally assisted by Joey and Hussam, who were both friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely patient throughout the whole process. They took the time to clearly explain my options and made sure everything was set up perfectly before I left.
It’s great to receive such excellent customer service — both Joey and Hussam made the visit smooth, stress-free, and genuinely pleasant. A big thank you to them for their professionalism and outstanding support. Highly recommended!

I have always had excellent service from Vodafone staff in Swansea and Maddie was absolutely superb. I am not very confident with technology but Maddie explained everything very clearly. She was extremely helpful, empathetic, humorous and engaging. A real credit to the company.

Really positive experience
Had a really positive experience in Vodafone Swansea. Purchased a Google phone via telephone with Vodafone and realised a few days later that Apple iPhone is still the best route for my business. The team were extremely understanding, helpful, and looked at all our options. Katie was absolutely brilliant , returning the phone and seeking the best price for an alternative iPhone. She was very understanding of us and helpful. Professional, humoured & most importantly kind. Thank you for the exceptional service!

I was served by Maddie who made the process of finding the replacement Samsung phone for my old quick and easy, explaining the differences between the versions of the model I wanted. Maddie also found me the best deal for what I needed. Excellent service.
