Went to the store to get roaming on my plan and Denisa helped me find the best price and plan to suit me abroad . She was very helpful and friendly. Good service

I recently visited the Vodafone store in Lakeside and had an outstanding experience, thanks to Maria. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to understand exactly what I needed and explained all my options clearly and patiently—no pressure, just genuine support.
Maria went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up perfectly before I left the store. Her professionalism, product knowledge, and friendly approach made the whole visit smooth and stress-free. It’s not often you get customer service that feels both personal and efficient, but Maria delivered on both fronts.
Big thanks to Maria and the team at Vodafone Lakeside—I’ll definitely be back!
