Tom served me today and I knew him from…
Tom served me today and I knew him from previous telephone sales. As always Tom was immensely helpful and polite and did all he could to provide me with a good plan which he did. I had already decided I wanted an iPhone 16 and he went through everything thoroughly with me. I had already been a Vodafone customer for over 3 years and I would not go to any other provider .

Wigan visit
Visited the Wigan Grand Arcade branch today. I was served by Tom who was amazing! He went through everything with me, he sorted out my new phone so everything was set up. He even showed me how to back up my photos and WhatsApp which I had never done or even knew how to do. Not to mention he answered the millions of questions I had about everything. He was so lovely. I was really impressed, he definitely new his stuff. A visit I was dreading was actually a really lovely experience. Well done Tom. I hope you're still at the Wigan branch when I come back for my next upgrade 😆 Gemma Bond

Excellent customer service on both…
Excellent customer service on both occasions that I visited the store. Was served by Tom both times. Really helpful, not pressurised into any contracts and thoroughly explained the contract to me.

Super helpful
Alex at the Wigan store was super helpful and friendly with helping me out with my phone, explaining what I needed to do and helping me pick a new phone plan as I was currently out of contract highly recommended anyone going into the store branch in Wigan

I had a fantastic experience at the Vodafone store (Birkenhead branch), thanks to John (who was on loan to this branch from Wigan for the day)! From the moment we walked in, he greeted us with a warm and friendly attitude. He was incredibly knowledgeable, answering all of our questions with patience and clarity. John went above and beyond to ensure we found the right plan and devices for our needs. His professionalism and customer service were exceptional. It’s not every day you encounter someone as dedicated as John, and I truly appreciate his help. Highly recommend him if you're ever at the Vodafone store!

I recently when In to the wigan store…
I recently when In to the wigan store to upgrade my phone contact as I been struggling trying to do it over the phone. As I entered the store I was greeted from a young lady called shannon, she made it super easy to upgrade my phone and she show how to sign into my Vodafone account. Overall one of the best customer service I have had

Kind soul.
Tom who was sorting me out with a contract was helpful gave me options but not to many based on how much data I was using. He was friendly, helpful and kind it made my experiance better and relaxed and if more people like him life would be easier and stress free.

We met Tom 3 years ago in Wigan store who was very helpful and sorted a good deal. We went back yesterday to update and add additional phone. Tom was there to sort everything out again and made everything simple to understand. Very efficient and we came away with a good deal. Thanks Tom

Friendly service
I recently upgraded my phone in-store, and it was a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, guiding me through the options and making the process smooth and quick. Highly recommend visiting this store for any upgrades!
