Dominic at Vodafone Winchester
I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Dominic at Vodafone Winchester, and I must say, the service was exceptional! From the moment I got in touch, he was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure all my questions were answered promptly, and all problems resolved.
Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about Vodafone online service which I would rate ZERO. Some other people in the same office were less helpful.

I am really glad and appreciate the service and patience of Dominic who keeps me updated about the progress of my application for an upgrading my plan. I also would like to commend Alex or Alexi not totally sure his name, he suggested an idea about the plan that suits to me and the plan that I really wanted. I believe he is the store manager.
