Excellent customer service from Elliott. He went above and beyond to try and solve damage to my property following poor installation. 191 didn't want to know initially until he got involved.

What a positive experience!
The assistant manager Jomil could not have been more helpful and personable. We went in knowing roughly what we wanted. He understood perfectly what our needs were and provided us with loads of useful information and what we see as an ideal package. He spent a long time with us, including after hours, all with with a smile and kind chitchat. A great experience when switching provider. He is a great asset for Vodaphone.

An above and beyond excellent service…
An above and beyond excellent service from Jomir, Assistant Manager, when I upgraded. His attention to detail and service was faultless and more than I could have expected. He stayed over an hour beyond closing time to assist with the whole situation on NYE.
Having had an ongoing billing problem too Jomir and Naj and Elliot all helped try to resolve the issue in tandem with upgrade as I’d spent two hours on phone to customer service…sadly still not resolved by customer service! The store staff are to be applauded for their ongoing excellent service and approach. I have been in on several occasions and always gain this help. They are to be recognised for their skill, expertise and service. Thank you!
