Ordered upgrade online click and collect I arrived at the store 07:30 the shop opened at 9:30. My Phone wasn’t in store to collect as the order wasn’t put through properly. Store manager was very helpful as all day he sat with me skipped his lunch and finishing time to make sure I received the best outcome possible from the mistake that was made from the agent online and advised me correctly to my situation.
