Came in for a sim replacement and upgrade and Moin was incredibly helpful. He provided me options and ran me through the whole thing. Really nice guy and top tier customer service

The staff are very polite and friendly

The staff are very polite and courteous. I have collected a few times from the Woolwich store numerous times and always had 10/10 from all the staff
