Great customer service!!!!!!
I went into Vodafone on 8th September with my dead phone & Georje went above & beyond to troubleshoot, try to fix then organised a repair for me. He then helped me obtain a temporary phone from a shop nearby & then finally helped me switch broadband from my current providers who are diabolical to Vodafone broadband. Georje was friendly, helpful, explained everything well & has excellent customer service! Give this man a pay rise/promotion! Thank you Georje! You saved me!!!

I bought a new phone on the Saturday as…
I bought a new phone on the Saturday as I’d dropped my old phone. Later that evening my old phone started working again. I went back to the store to return the new phone and cancel the contract . Ben was so helpful . It took a long time to sort as I was previously a 3 customer . However Ben persevered and sorted everything . All the staff are very friendly and professional .

I manage 3 family mobile phones and often visit Vodafone branch in Worthing . Georje the customer advisor always helps to answer difficult questions, advises on the efficient phone usage when abroad and helps me to navigate new features and adds on the Vodafone app. Very patient and knowledgeable . It does not feel rush like in other network centres. There is a space to sit and discuss different options . It is not easy nowadays as there is so much choice.

Great experience
Went in to start a new contract today, and Georje was so helpful. I’d been putting it off for a while and was worried about transferring my old number across and Georje did everything for me and was hugely helpful.

Upgrade
Called in as my phone was due for an upgrade. Introduced to very helpful Georje who talked me through my options and found me an excellent deal with the help of Lana who was also training up Harry. Great fun team, they obviously know their stuff and were friendly and entertaining during the ordering process would highly recommend visiting the store rather than go online.

The member of staff, think her name was Heidi, with the help of another advisor talk me through the positives of my phone update. Even saying it might be more beneficial and money saving to come back in a five or six weeks as there will then be another phone choice to have.

We had a fantastic experience and attentive service at the Vodafone Worthing store with Georje . He was very helpful and knowledgeable in setting us up as a family with a Good deal which suited our needs. Would recommend him to anyone looking for help with Vodafone and 3 network matters .

The customer service is Absolutely diabolical.
The customer service is an absolute joke. They accidentally disconnected our landline 3 weeks ago. We have called them five times each time, they apologise and say it will be reinstated within a day. Each time we're on the phone between an hour and an hour and a half. We still haven't had our phone reinstalled. We're going somewhere else for our broadband and phone and cancelling our contract with them. We have spoken with at least 8 people, each time being escalated to the management. They make the same promises and apologies but still the problem, which was down to them hasn't been addressed. How can they remove our landline in a day but still after 3 weeks not be able to connect it again. We're more than fuming.
