Positive experience.
Had a very positive experience at Vodafone Wrexham.Shauna provided a clear explanation and was incredibly patient.Everything was made clear and her knowledge was valuable.The rest of staff were also pleasant and helpful.

Jack was great
Jack was create when he served me for my husbands new phone. He also helped with my kids made the feel part of the conversation allowing my kids to open my husbands (their dads) new phone as they were excited for it

Jack gave 5 star Service
The Advisor I believe their name was Jack was super helpful, made me feel welcome when I came in the store. He talked me through all the options of how to get the best deal for me. Not only did he do this but he also took the time to talk me through how to set up my new handset when I get it as it was to be delivered into store. Jack is a credit the the Wrexham Vodafone branch.

Outstanding.
Once again, an outstanding service from Vodaphone Wrexham. Worthy of particular note was Chris. Again providing an excellent service he listened to my questions and provided answers in a clear concise manner which even I could understand. He identify my options and assured me he would be able to assist me with my future purchases. very well done Vodaphone and Chris.

Served by Shauna, I had a few questions which Shauna answered them all and managed to upgrade my SIM for my phone and save me £7 a month. Very patient and very well informed. Fantastic customer service. I’ll be back in December to sort out my sons phone for Xmas.
