Jay in the York Store

Jay at the York store was helpful and friendly. He gathered information to help me decide what to do and quickly resolved a problem with my phone.
I had been considering switching providers but after this positive experience I’m staying with Vodafone.

Crappy crap crap So got sim downloaded app got…

So got sim ,downloaded app got verification code entered code, sent me back to download app. Tried Toby ,crap as most bots are . Won't let me open / register new account or register new sim or buy a plan because don't have a account. I
don't know how they expect to get new customers. New sim going in bin .
Oh and dont press option 3 to make a complaint if you call them because they just cut you off

Upgrading my phone contract

We went into York store today as my father in laws phone was slow it’s around 9 years old, Faith and sally were excellent, very attentive, my father in law is 78 years old, hard of hearing and has onset dementia, the girls were extremely patient and helped him get a good deal with his broadband and phone contract, they were happy to help with everything, many thanks for there help, excellent service

Hannah was the best sales person I have…

Hannah was the best sales person I have ever met in Vodafone ( I have been with VF for 20 years … & not always been complimentary). However, Hannah put all that right. She was extremely amazing with my son who has Learning Disabilities & Autism. She was kind, patient & considerate. This made our experience this morning 10/10. Thank you

I’d like to commend Hannah in the York store for her professionalism and customer service and care this morning. Ellie at Vodafone York really helped…

Ellie at Vodafone York really helped and assisted me when my old phone had totally died while on holiday in York. She was so calm and reassuring, without being overly optimistic, and I walked out the shop later feeling so relieved - and I had a new phone and a great new deal. I am so so grateful to Ellie.

Nicki is brilliant

Nicki is brilliant, very patient and lovely. Has helped my parents several times and is so kind and friendly. They now specifically come from Suffolk to see her In York when they visit me because she is incredibly understanding and good with them. Truly a gem.
