Excellent service from Caitlain
Caitlin was very patient with me. Gave me all the advice I needed. Gave me all the options. She was due to finish her shift but stayed later to help me through the process. Spoke clearly and was very cheery. Definitely good service and will look forward to seeing her again. Excellent.

Ellie has been amazing
Ellie has been amazing, patient and helpful whilst giving me time to consider options.
The kind of staff member any company should be proud to have on their team.

Great service from Niki
Tried to get a deal that was sent to me via email. The online chat agents couldn't find it, however popping into the York branch, Niki was a fantastic help finding what I needed. Great customer support, good chat, sorted everything out for me and back on my way, thank you! I also left my bag my accident and Niki saved it for me for when I came back much appreciated.

Nightmare
So, sent another booster to me and signal still drops. Trying to watch a film tonight and WiFi disappears half way through. I feel like putting all the crap Vodafone equipment in a bag and throwing it in the river. Clearly some people have a great experience judging by the good reviews but trust me you won’t want to risk having this experience. I’ll try phoning customer service for the ninth time to see what they can fob me off with.

Efficient, reliable and commendable service from both Gina + Hannah.
From start to finish I was reassured by Gina that she’d work her magic in transferring the number of a lost sim. Using an old iPhone 11 was hindered with a shadow of doubt.
Accompanied later on by Hannah they were the perfect duo creating not only an ambient atmosphere but a helpful and informative process should it ever happen again.
Tipping my hat off to the team at Vodafone Parliament street. 5 stars well deserved!

Great Service from Ellie at Vodaphone in York last week. I had paid my new phone off early and was confused regarding my contract and what options were available to me. Ellie sorted me out a new contract with more extras included at a cheaper price with no price increases next month. Thank you Ellie!
