Absolutely spot on service delivered by…

Absolutely spot on service delivered by John May and Rob Wallace in delivering me a new work van.

Multiple options where given to me at the start ranging from all prices and mileage. Accompanied with advice to chose exactly what would work for me.

Went the extra mile with ensuring every aspect of the van was ready to go on pick up. Spotless when picked up also.

Would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use again in the future.

Car presentation a totally disgrace!

Sales person was great but the car preparation was a disgrace. Diamond Bright Gold treatment applied over a dirty car, interior fabric protection against spills, non existent in general a disgraceful presentation of a vehicle to a customer.

Super little car - Mazda2. Matt was great!

Matt was helpful, friendly and polite through the whole process. He kept us up to date with timely and informative emails. I would definitely recommend Matt to anyone looking to buy a Mazda at Vospers.

Try Try And Try again so gave, Monday 16/03/26 Called Vospers Fiat to book EV car in for a full service and nobody answered so after about 5 minutes re rand and yet again no answer so tried in the afternoon and got through to the switchboard eventually who said they would put me through, nobody answered when they tried so was advised someone would call me back (Guess what no call back on Monday ( I Called them back at around 5.30 and eventually got the switchboard who said everyone goes home at 5.30pm), Tried again Tuesday and pretty much same thing and again on Wednesday, Today is now Thursday and after trying in the morning and nobody answering the phone I tried for the last time this afternoon and guess whet after about 10 minutes I got the switchboard who said they would put me through, Sure enough I bounced of 2 lines and the lady on the switchboard said " she would take my number and get someone to call me back" OMG people do you not realise how much money you are giving away to your competitors due to your lack of service and ruining your reputation, I was trying to do something so simple as booking a service and you couldn't help me with that (And before you say I can book online I know I can but your prices are NOT transparent and you have to speak to someone for a price so why would I book without evening knowing a rough price)
Very poor service from Vospers Fiat Plymouth and I will go somewhere else

100% recommend vospers

100% recommend vospers for your disability car. Natalie who was my sales rep was kind spoken,understanding of individuals needs and good to talk to,you know when it feels like you've known someone for years. Natalie helped me understand all of the technology stuff that's not really bad after all.sometimes change is good ! The puma is absolutely lovely to drive,from seats to accessories its amazing👏The handling of the puma was better than i thought,sticks to the road,nippy when needed and so so smooth. Natalie was so nice and i would like to say thankyou and thankyou to Vospers and disability.technology has changed..HAVE YOU??

Recently purchased a used car from Vospers MG

Recently purchased a used car from Vospers MG in Plymouth. The whole process was handled by Kieran and he was so helpful throughout.
He provided great customer service, was very patient with first time EV users and ensured we had all the information and explanation that we needed.
The car was well prepared and is lovely to drive. This was our second purchase from Vospers and I would definitely recommend them!

We found the whole process of the Jaecoo7 PHEV purchase, straight forward and easy. Our sales agent, Mr Ben Smith was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Above all, Ben was patient and more than happy to answer our numerous questions. Would I recommend a purchase from Vospers, in particular Omoda / Jaecoo, I most certainly would. I am delighted with my newJaecoo7 PHEV.

Stress free purchase

We’ve recently taken delivery of our 75 reg CX30 and would like to say, the service we received from Joshua James was excellent. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the range of vehicles. He listened to our requirements and kindly arranged for the vehicle we were interested in to be collected from Plymouth for us to test drive. Unfortunately there was a small issue with the SD card after delivery, however, Joshua dealt with this immediately and the issue was resolved without delay.

Personal service brilliant

We have had several Peugeots and just got a new one, we have always had Andrew poppin at Torquay Peugeot and cant praise him enough for his help, patience support and understanding and after car support.Always willing to help and advise and see us if something we do not understand he goes above and beyond , would highly recommend him and deserves more than 5 stars keep up the GOOD WORK many thanks Tina andTerry

Poor experience again.

Another terrible experience from the service department, i booked in for my car first MOT four/five weeks in advance and asked for a courtesy car and was all good and agreed when booked with Lauren, but on the day of the MOT when i handed my keys over it came apparent no courtesy car would be available and i had an conformation email to say there would be, but the desk staff said no car was ever booked, either way I wasn't getting a courtesy car full stop. This has happened twice now in a row to me at this dealership, the first time was for a service, so now I know not to use Vospers Vauxhall again for service or future car sales. The good news was that i made a phone call before i left to another main franchise dealership in the Plymouth area and they were happy to accommodate me at very very short notice, I won't forget that.

Friendly and helpful sales staff with no pressure.

This is the second car purchased from Vospers, Torquay and again Susan Kennedy was so friendly and helpful in guiding us through the paperwork and various options available. There was no pressure to buy and the process was smooth and enjoyable. We have no hesitation in recommending Vospers Torquay.
