VWFS Rent-a-Car - Durham Opiniões

Brilliant experience in every way. Very helpful staff. The car was in great shape. It performed very well during our 10 day stay in Scotland, and they refunded the deposit right away. I'll rent from them again. A+!

Excellent service. Needed a car on the same day as booking, no problems, lovely customer service staff when I collected the car. Great choice of vehicles available depending on your budget.
Used the same branch twice on 2 weeks for the same service and car. Can't fault anything

It's VW would not expect any problems car clean and all was good will be back next time I need a car

Brilliant service. Easy process. Will definitely use again

Can't fault the service at Durham, Sarah is always ready to help if needed - Superstar

First class service as usual from both Shakeil and Sarah.

Good clean cars, very easy rental process. VWFS Rent-a-car Durham has been my goto place when I need a car for the last 3 years

See you soon!

All good. Sarah is great as usual :)

So much easier and more pleasant than going via the usual rental companies.

Lovely helpful staff
Great car- you got what you booked
Effortless pick up and return
Would definitely use again

Smooth rental all conducted in a welcoming, relaxed, smart and friendly showroom. Much appreciated, and I would recommend.

Best car rental I used in the entire world no kidding

Wonderful friendly staff - it began here. Lovely new clean car exactly as requested, that ran flawlessly for our week's hire.
I will be back to VWFS next time in Durham.

First class service from Sarah and Shakeil from booking to collection.
Slight changes to initial booking
were no problem. Very pleased with service
Car rattled and was very underpowered however which did have an effect on weeks holiday.

The whole hiring process was quick and easy, Sarah made me feel relaxed offered a drink picking up and dropping off,
I would recommend and hire again myself

Had to mention how promptly our security deposit was returned after our recent trip to the UK, thank you very much Sarah, hope to see you again in the not too distant future!

Collection was easy and Sarah was lovely to deal with. I ended up needing to return the car an hour later than the scheduled time and a quick phone call was all it took to arrange this with no additional charge. will definitely be hiring again.

Excellent service from start to finish. Friendly, efficient and affordable - superb value for money. I highly recommend them.

Was greeted by a lovely lady at the front of house who offered me a hot drink, while she went and informed Sarah I was here,
Nothing was too much trouble for Sarah. Car was ready and waiting for me to collect even when I turned up over an hour early.
Would definitely use again.

As always Sarah goes the extra mile, greeted with a smile and the offer of a coffee. Car ready and clean and on return Sarah always asks if the trip was okay and the offer of a coffee. This is the personal touch not offered by many and on my part gratefully received. Thank you as always.

From booking online, communication from Sarah K and her outstanding knowledge and also from Shahkiel who was helpful when booking me in was so easy and efficient.
The car was spotless and the price extremely useful. Will definitely use this service again.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Didn’t know about renting a car from Pullman’s found out on the internet.
The prices are very good whether you want a small car or something bigger.
Highly recommend this garage if you require a rental car in a hurry.
