I was given no introduction the car, I had to ask how to start the car and then how to switch off start/stop. Car was fine. Not sure about £1000 deposit for a Skoda Fabia. Staff very courteous on return.

I drive a VW so I was delighted that I could choose a car with which I would be familiar. The booking system is much easier to use and clearer than your standard car rental website in terms of costs and extras. Before collection day, they sent me emails reminding me of the documents that I needed to bring. On collection day and on return day, Mohsin was quick, courteous and friendly.

It’s great to know that this service exists as a much more effective alternative to your standard car rental service.

Booking process and service is top notch as always. Colin is ever ready to help you with every little detail you need. The whole process from start to end was smooth. They are also flexible if you want to slightly amend the pickup and drop off times which is great I believe.

Apart from it's location in Hedge End, which is quite far from Southampton main area, I think VWFS rent-a-car is the best in service and the cheapest rental company in the area.

Was surprised how affordable the cost of a rental with VWFS was. I hired a 7seater. The car was very clean and ready to use. Perfect for a week away. Security deposit was reasonable too, and quick to be returned. Will definitely look to use VWFS rent a car service again.

We hired a car from Nottingham Volkswagen whilst ours was off the road.
It was a very smooth and stressless process. The car was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Ben was a great help in getting us out on the road as soon as possible and can’t thank him enough. Would definitely recommend using this service.

Having used VWFS for their car and van hire, I cannot recommend them enough.

Megan in Liverpool is always professional and courteous, shows the vehicle and makes sure it has enough fuel to be able to start any journey with.

The commercial team in Speke have also been amazing. Liam and Sean have helped rent vans suitable for my needs on a number of occasions and same as the cars, I don't ever want to return the vans.
