VWFS Rent-a-Car Opiniões

Sean in Speke was brilliant. He helped us to quickly hire one of their biggest vans and had his finger on the pulse of availability and requirements from our side as drivers. He was so efficient and hard working. Great service from him, van was brilliant and exactly what we needed. Price so competitive, excellent value and new vans! First class experience due to Sean in every way. Would hire from this company again without hesitation. Thanks Sean.

I had the car as I requested early afternoon

Excellent service; car selected available and was clean and mechanically sound.
Would use again..

The staff we really helpful and professional. The car was great for what we needed it for and was in a great condition. Stress free procedures. Thanks a lot, will use this again!

The whole experience of renting a car from VWFS Rent a Car was excellent. Abraham was extremely polite and helpful and answered all of my questions; he was very patient when explaining all about the car and made sure I was completely happy before I drove off. The car itself was lush!! I would certainly recommend renting from here- the rates are excellent and no hidden cost. Top job!

Excellent service - friendly, professional, efficient and reasonably priced. I have used VWFS Rent-a-Car several times and would highly recommend.

Great customer service always available to help. Thanks Derby and the team in Mk

Excellent service, a refreshing change from the general car rental experience, received the car I requested at the price quoted, with great customer service, I would highly recommend, Mike

I honestly can’t recommend Megan, the Rental Manager at Johnson Volkswagen Liverpool, highly enough.

I’ve had a rental car for the past 6 weeks, and throughout the whole process Megan has gone above and beyond to help me. Nothing has ever felt like too much trouble, and she has always been incredibly helpful, approachable, quick responding and professional.

What really stands out is that she genuinely cares about her customers. She has gone out of her way on numerous occasions to make things easier for me, kept me informed, and dealt with everything with such patience and kindness.

After 6 weeks, I can honestly say that having Megan there has made such a difference to what could otherwise have been a very stressful situation.

Johnson Volkswagen Liverpool are incredibly lucky to have someone like her representing them. Megan deserves every single one of these 5 stars! 🌟

Thank you for everything, Megan, you’ve been absolutely brilliant! ❤️

Another fantastic experience with VWFS Rent-a-Car Huddersfield.

Peter once again made everything incredibly easy from the moment I arrived. The service was quick, organised and completely hassle-free, while still feeling personal rather than rushed. He is genuinely welcoming, attentive and always willing to help with anything you need.

Having used this branch more than once now, the consistently high level of service really stands out. It is reassuring knowing that everything will be handled properly and professionally each time.

A big thank you to Peter for looking after me again. Excellent customer service and definitely deserving of five stars.

Very smooth and straight forward service, had exactly what was needed, Taylor made us aware of all the ins and outs of the process.

Highly recommend 👍

My first time using the VWFS and it won't be the last.
Nick at the Coventry branch was excellent from start to finish. Supporting me with a last minute option for a camping trip with the family over the Bank Holiday weekend.
Process was simple, efficient and the communication was perfect - not too much but enough to ensure I had total confidence in the service being provided.

The Transporter van we hired was an absolute pleasure to drive. Adam and Brian were really helpful and friendly. I have used other hire companies in the past but the vans or service were not as good as VWFS. Will definitely be back next time I need a van.

Customer service experience excellent and the entire rental process quick and efficient both on collection and return Dave @ VW Brentford who handled our rental was amazing

Easy pick up and drop off.

Cheerful, helpful and efficient with prompt turnaround both collection and return with a very good quality vehicle, very impressed.

Waseem could not be more helpful. After my car broke down on the M4, I reached out to VWFS Rent a car, and Waseem got me into a very nice, clean Kamiq. The whole process from start to finish was perfect 👌 Five stars 🌟

Great reception,
Kev remembered me from last yr.
Great service definitely be back, awesome thankyou

I was served by the Rental manager Annie Green she was welcoming pleasant and efficient. The van was clean and well presented and handovers were straight forward.

The advice on vehicle selection given to me was first class. The vehicle when collected was exactly what was ordered. Fairly new, low mileage and clean. Will definitely use again
