I have been searching for a murphy bed for YEARS, and was finally able to find a good quality bed secondhand. The Wall Bed King Classic Vertical Murphy Bed is great quality and was easy to install on the wall. It was easy to transport and reassemble. The company has some great videos on YouTube to help too. Unfortunately, the bed I got was missing the mattress straps. I reached out to Wall Bed King through their website to purchase the mattress straps to complete my new bed. The customer service I received from Tim at Wall Bed King was OUTSTANDING! He explained how shipping cost might be an issue as I am in the USA, and Wall Bed King is a UK-based company and asked for my address to give me a quote. To my surprise, he later followed up and sent me the mattress straps free of charge! If you're thinking about purchasing a murphy bed, I highly recommend a Wall Bed King, as the build quality is good, and the customer service is even better. I'm very satisfied with the set-up and the flexibility the bed has given my family to maximize the space in our home.

We bought our classic wall bed from Wall Bed King a few years ago and it has been amazing. Our guests always comment on how comfortable it is to sleep in.

Since buying it, we have moved house but took it with us. We are now reinstalling it in our new house and discovered that we lost a small part in transit. I called Wall bed King and they offered to send me the part free of charge.

I fully reccomend the bed and the customer service. No reason to complain at all.

The product itself is great, but the customer service is even better!

First, when it was deliver, UPS charged us over 100% fees it said were related to duties/tariffs. Due to how UPS handled the situation, I had to pay right then or receive additional fees. Upon asking customer service if they knew about this (assuming they didn't cause the USA tariff situation is a mess) they said they did, but the charged amount was incorrect. The customer service rep (thanks Tim!) proceeded to work with UPS for WEEKS until I was refunded over $1,000!

Then, when it came time to install, our installer lost the plastic clips that attached the bed slats to the frame and they sent us new ones for free.

The product itself is as described and works perfectly, but truly the customer experience has been next level!

Qui inizia l'Odissea: mi dicono di mandare i documenti per essere sicuri della persona,io mando i documenti.
Mi confermano il cambio di indirizzo.
Da DHL mi scrivono che verrà consegnato il 24 dicembre a casa, io prendo ferie e sto casa.
Nulla.
Mi ricompare sul sito DHL il 29 dicembre a casa, prendo ferie nulla.
Mi scrivono il 5 gennaio, nulla.
Stamattina leggo che mi è stato consegnato al lavoro.
Vi lascio immaginare la mia responsabile.
Ho chiamato DHL l'indirizzo era del lavoro, parlo rigorosamente via chat con il fornitore che mi dice che TELEFONICAMENTE aveva detto a DHL di cambiare indirizzo e telefonicamente era stato confermato.
Ovviamente essendo tutto telefonicamente e non essendoci nulla di scritto mi sono dovuta pagare il trasporto dal lavoro a casa.
Nel frattempo sentirò un legale per addebitare le spese a loro.

Relatively happy with our Double bed and cabinet. Instructions not great. But once the bed is pulled down we are left with a large gap between the mattress and the back wall of the cabinet. Pillows would disappear in this gap

Communication was first class on all stages of purchase. Delivery staff were excellent taking great care of our purchase and property.
To be commended on all aspects of customer service.

We purchased the vertical classic and cabinet in November 2012. Since then it has been in almost constant use. It has certainly stood the test of time and is showing no signs of giving up any time soon. It looks great in our space and has proven to be a fantastic purchase.

Great Communication, Study Design… easy to put together via watching their detailed video. Customer service is second to none no problem is ever a problem extremely helpful, amazing beds, comfortable, convenient, study and built to last.

We purchased a king sized bed after doing a lot of research! With the help of the video, my husband put it together. One rod was incorrectly shaped & needed replacing - this wasn’t visible until the bed was put together.

As we knew we had to wait for a part swop out, we did not fix the bed to the wall and decided to try it out. We quickly realised our error (of not following instructions) when the sub-frame flipped on itself & broke another rod.

We emailed WallBedKing explaining our silly action resulting in destruction of another part and asked if we could purchase a replacement for the now broken rod.

Both parts were here within a couple of days, with a gentle reminder to ensure we attach the bed to the wall/floor. This was all done free of charge & very quickly.
The bed is now in daily use (as our main bed) & we are loving it!

The service is speedy, kind & extremely helpful. I’ve had various questions & they’ve always been quick to respond.

We highly recommend WallBedKing so much so, that we’ve also purchased a single bed for our son.

I’m really impressed with my Studio Double Vertical Wall Bed from Wall Bed King. It’s a sturdy, well-made piece of furniture that feels built to last. The customer service was excellent – every question I had was answered promptly and clearly.

The video tutorials are fantastic, especially for someone like me who prefers to watch rather than read long instructions. I did find, as a few other reviewers have mentioned, that fitting the base frame can be a bit tricky because it’s hard to see the middle bars during assembly. But with two people and a bit of patience, it all comes together nicely.

Overall, I’d definitely recommend Wall Bed King – quality product, great support, and a clever space-saving solution.

I bought a small double Murphy bed from this company 12 years ago. At that time, the company was under a different name. The pivot bolt recently sheered off ( I must have overtighten it). I contacted WallBedKind and asked for a replacement. That was several days ago. I just received the bolt at no cost. I interacted with Tim from their support team. Tim actually called me, twice, to discuss it in more details. He asked for pictures and dimensions, which I provided.
There're very few companies that stand behind their product throughout their lifetime and provide an amazing support regardless how small the issue is.
I'm genuinely very happy to say with confidence that WallBedKng is one of those companies.

I installed the wall bed like an oversized piece of art in my living room. Since then, this 'artwork'—the bed hidden in plain sight —has become the conversation piece and has truly elevated the space. Even more impressive, after all these years, I had an issue with the bed, and Tim and his team was incredibly helpful in resolving the problem. Thank you for your amazing product and customer service!

I purchased the vertical bed for my son 3 years ago. Firstly the instructions are great. All online so you don’t have the hassle of paperwork and it’s always available. My son uses this bed daily, it’s great because he. An out it out of the way and play on his VR. So make the most of the space in his bedroom. Never had any issues with this company at all. Even recently when moving the bed we appear to have lost a piece and spoke to the company who are sending it out. One of the better companies to deal with. Customer services are brilliant polite and friendly. Certainly would recommend this company to anyone and have done lots. Highly recommend

I bought a bed a year ago. It's good quality and works well. All the support throughout has been fantastic; a very rare type of helpful customer service that is not limited by processes, but actually serves the customer very well indeed. I definitely recommend WallBedKing. For anyone not sure about buying a folding bed: I've also used a fold-up bed like the one bought every night for 25 years, quickly (5 seconds to fold/open), comfortably and with no issues whatsoever. It's still going strong!

il letto è l'unico che possa vantarsi di essere un vero letto a scomparsa, robustissimo, più grande e comodo dei letti normali, io sono 130 kg. e mio marito 90, nessun problema, materasso alto e comodissimo, letto che non si muove quando è giù e si alza e abbassa con un dito, come nei film, inoltre ammortizzato. Assistenza completa e onnipresente per tutto, dalla spedizione al montaggio alle riparazioni alla garanzia anche dopo 10 anni di vita, tutto GRATIS, non mi hanno fatto pagare neanche la spedizione dei ricambi. Nel ns. caso, dopo quasi 10 anni ,è stato tenuto male da noi, e danneggiato dai muratori, ciononostante letto accomodabilissimo, in ferro acciaio saldabile all'occorrenza, ma non necessario perchè la ditta affidabilissima ritrova e fornisce sempre pezzi di ricambio, facilmente rimontabili. Nel ns. caso la garanzia era scaduta da diversi anni, ma è stata applicata e a differenza di tutte le altre ditte che fanno pagare la chiamata, la spedizione, i danni non in garanzia ecc. non ci è stato chiesto niente, e risolto in un batter d'occhio cose importanti, per le quali altri te lo farebbero ricomprare. Vale ogni centesimo del suo prezzo.
La signora Anna dell'assistenza è formidabile, si prende davvero in carico la risoluzione di qualsiasi problema e gentilissima.
Dormirete davvero fra 4 guanciali e in una nuvoletta rosa.

I've bought 3 wall beds from WallBedKing... the product is great and their support has been exemplary, whether that's assistance putting it together or sending spares. I can't recommend them highly enough, especially in a world where customer service generally appears to be deteriorating, WallBedKing are the exception.

I bought a King sized studio wallbed in the Autumn of 2023 and it has been a great flexible option for our second bedroom. Having a wallbed means that room can be used as an office most of the time but we can still offer friends and family a full "real" bed to sleep in when they come to visit. I have also been in touch with the company a couple times in the year and a half since I bought it to ask questions (example: we were moving house and I asked for their advice on how best to move it safely) and they have been incredibly responsive and helpful, always replying quickly and with lots of useful advice. When I started the plan to re-instate my guest bedroom, I had already decided I wanted some form of space saving bed in order to make more use of the room. I also wanted to buy from a British company and it didn’t take too much searching to find Wall Bed King (WBK). My initial thoughts were that there was a good range of bed sizes and formats. The beds and cabinets are not integrated so a cabinet could be added at a later date if needs be if allowed in the initial design. The room needed quite a bit of preparatory work so with an overall budget in mind, WBK’s prices were very competitive.

The design changed a couple of times but all my questions were answered patiently and in a timely manner. The majority of my communication was with Tim, usually by email but we did have a couple of discussions by phone and nothing was too much trouble. In the end, my order comprised a classic double bed with matching cabinet, two side units (wardrobes) and an open shelf unit - additional shelf panels are available if required. On delivery day, the driver insisted on carrying the entire order single-handed upstairs to my guest room - I almost felt a bit guilty watching him! My Handyman-fitter was impressed with the quality of the product - all 19mm - when we came to assembly and fitting. I’m delighted with the end result and can’t praise and recommend WBK enough.

In my current property, I won’t need another wall bed but if a house move looms in the future I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from WBK.

I bought the Classic double bed from wallbedking a few months ago and it has been well used since then for different guests.
Absolutely excellent service from wallbedking. Great communication throughout the process, speedy delivery and it arrived in two smaller than expected packages which didn't take up much room until the joiner came to fit.
Fitting was relatively straightforward and only took a couple of hours to fix to the floor and wall. I have quite a light mattress so followed the video instructions to adjust for this.
So many people have been impressed with the bed and how it's such a great space saver. I fitted it into an existing alcove with doors to enclose it.
All in all I'd say I was delighted with the quality and ease of the bed and can't recommend the customer service highly enough. If you're thinking of buying do it!
