Ripping off a pensioner

My elderly mother has recently moved to a care home and whilst going through her paperwork I have found an invoice from We Fix Now. £445 for replacing a bath tap washing and supply/fitting a toilet push button flush. Totally ripping off a woman in her 80s during Disgusting.

Efficient

Very very efficient, needed a plumber and wefixnow sent someone within two hours.
Would recommend.

My Iphone screen was changed last week and now theres a message on the system saying the screen is not genuine! I don’t recommend it!

Samsung home visit repair

Nick visited to repair my screen with Samsung home visit. Nick did a fantastic job that too in a timely fashion. He was personable, sympathetic and professional. I appreciate everything Nick did and to the service he provided. Keep up the good work. Thank you

Samsung screen repair.

Had my Samsung phone screen replaced by WeFix. Technician Carl kept me updated when parts were delayed and re scheduled at a time for my convenience. Genuine Samsung parts with warranty, fixed at my address. Superb service. Ed

Hi I had my boiler fix by wefix gas…

Hi I had my boiler fix by wefix gas engineers who work for London Borough of Barking they did a fantastic job was very fast and efficient and polite also experience which helps they names was Aaron and Micheal I hope they get the chance to read the feedback or get told by management how good they was it’s hard these days to keep good staff thank you so much.

The engineers would receive 5 starts
Reason for overall 4 star rating is my first appointment was not met and this wasn't communicated in a timely manner but was put right by charging the same rate even though the new appointment was made for Saturday which is a much higher rate.
I would use them again and recommend to friends

The service I received was excellent, but he timing of when it was delivered was poor

The service I received was excellent - 5 star rating. The reason I reduced it to 4 stars is that it was to have been delivered the previous day, and another contractor was waiting for the electrician to test the circuit. I was told that there would be an electrician on his way after completing the job he was on - so the other contractor stayed around to complete his duties after the electrician finished. Then I got a call we’ll after the electrician was to be at my place and I was informed that there were complications and no one was going to be able to attend to me that day - and that they would come the next day. So I had to pay standby time for the other contractor plus a second call-out fee because you did not come when you first committed to come.

Firstly, we are very sorry for the delay your experienced with us but are most grateful for the positive rating.

Our aim for these feedback is to listen to our customers and constantly improve in line with customer needs / requirements.

Our schedulers work off a live system and we try our utmost best to ensure that delays are minimise as much as possible.
Often, as you may appreciate what could like very simple on surface ends up being a lot more involved. However difficult and involved works are, we will ensure that we try to get the job done there and then.
In these instance our team try to keep customers notified as much as possible to lessen disruption.

We will continue to work together to minimise such delays and hope we get another chance to prove ourselves sometimes in the future should the need every arise.

Extremely expensive call out.

I called the company because our boiler had a fault and was no longer working. I gave them the boiler type, fault code and fault summary over the phone and they sent out an engineer for the next day.

The engineer was very polite and seemed like a good guy, he asked if we had the boiler manual and took a look at the boiler. 20 minutes later he was finished and confirmed all of the things that I already told them on the phone.

I had to pay right there on the spot, the engineer tried to charge me £95 but when he called home base they told me I had to pay £190 because it was a 1 hour minimum fee.

I understand that people don't work for free but to charge £190 for doing nothing other than confirming the fault that the boiler was already showing was a total shocker, even the engineer seemed embarrassed.

Would NOT recommend.

We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the service that had been provided yesterday.
Our main aim is ensure we get solution for a problem!
Unfortunately, as you may appreciate all boiler systems and codes vary with the hundreds of makes/models - although all our engineers are gas safe registered they cannot be expected to know all codes of every boiler. even the most experience gas engineers will need the aid of manufacturers - and for this reason manufacturers have specific technical lines.

Often although error codes come up on systems gas engineers will still need to attend and in some cases temporary fixes can be applied.

In this instance a pump was required - our engineer did all he could get the pump circulating but could not hence advising on a replacement. Our engineer tested and aimed to free the pump.

With relation to our charges - our phone operatives are very clear on our charging and having reviewed the call recording we can confirm charges were quoted and charged appropriately. We appreciate that your manager expressed his concern over the initial charges - having checked our records there were no correspondence exchanged. Should your manager need any further information we are more than happy to assist further.

Repair and replacement of a light flat to the ceiling.

The ceiling light consisted of a flat bulb fixed to wiring beneath the ceiling, and covered by a moulded glass plate. The wiring had come away and the bulb was not stable within the glass cover.

The electrician knew exactly what to do. He changed the bulb, replaced the damaged wire and fitted a necessary new plate cover.

His work was done in an excellent way and in good time.
His work and his manner are a credit to himself and the company.
