After a bit of back and forth with the main switch board trying to diagnose the issue, heating engineers Brian and Paul were sent across to review our boiler, they were professional, worked quickly and explained everything in an easy to understand way - would definitely recommend this team.

Awful service..unreliable!

Awful service..booked them to repair my boiler..they told me they’d be round between 4pm and 6pm. I left work early, losing half a days pay to be home in time (as I work 2 hrs away). At 4 they rang to say they wouldn’t be turning up after all! Giving me no notice and now I’m out of pocket as I work freelance, the better part of £175 and when I asked about being compensated they said that’s not something they do! And I’ve now got to find a reliable plumbing service to fix my boiler..lousy service! AVOID this company!

Avoid

Booked to fix leak charge 85 pounds upfront then walked of job without fixing leak .
Lady in office said sorry for miscommunication and that they would send another plumber out next day for a charge of 75 pounds.
Avoid this company

Truly awful

Truly awful. Please don't make the mistake my wife made in calling them. Their electrician claimed 45 minutes for a job that anyone with any DIY skills or minimal electrical experience (ie GCSE physics)could have realised within 20 minutes required a refrigeration engineer. However with the meter running he need to undertake more 'investigations'! £170 for absolutely nothing. My wife was a fool to even contemplate a company charging £170 per hour (£85 per half hour) but equally an honest £170 per hour electrician would have said within that half hour that he couldn't help, trousered the £85 and gone on his merry way. Sadly the police have bigger fish to fry so that charlatans like this are able to continue to prey on decent people.

I do not believe some off these reviews are real clients, I work go out to tender for contractors honest reliable, wefixnow is certainly not one, they lies what they said was if we can't fix your tap we replace it in the, £310 call out charge, they put a second tap on to come back at a later date to put a new one on, then 2 days later wa red another £464.00 to come back for 1 cold water tap, shocking company do not trust them, I've been in touch with ripoffbritain to see how they get away with ripping off customers, I will keep you updated,

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Our loft macerator was blocked and causing the toilet overflow to spill into the floor boards beneath it (and then through the ceiling in the bedroom below it). So we called We Fix It to send a "saniflo specialist" over to unblock the unit and fix the issue. The "specialist" spent 45mins apparently clearing the blockage, charged us £310 for the work, told my wife the blockage was removed and the unit working properly and left. The next day I used the toilet (pee only) for the first time since the "repair" (my wife confirmed that nobody used it after the plumber left) and when I flushed the toilet, I noticed I didn't hear the macerator motor running and then realised toilet water was still leaking from the ceiling of the bedroom below the unit. We called the company back today to tell them the unit was still blocked and the problem unresolved. They sent the same "specialist" to the house to resolve the problem. After inspecting the unit, he then told my wife that since he fixed it 2 days before, someone has flushed a brand new and unused tampon down the toilet and re-blocked it and caused the motor to fail and so now the entire unit must be replaced. When I called the company to complain that the "specialist" must have broken the unit during the first repair and was now trying to cover his mistake by blaming us for sabotaging our own bathroom, the company sided with the "specialist" and said there's nothing further they can do. I have never had to deal with such fraudulent behaviour from, what is advertised as a professional business. Avoid this company at all costs.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Called on Friday evening because we had a boiler breakdown. Charged a call out fee of £290 upfront. Bloke came and said we needed a new boiler after not even spending 15 minutes at the property. He could repair it but would advise against it. Nevertheless decided to repair instead of replacing the whole boiler. Called back on Saturday to check when they could replace the broken part (PCB), said they’d ordered it and would come on Monday. Monday I get a call saying they cannot order the part new, only refurbished. Again, they advised against this and would be better to just replace the whole thing. I thought this was strange since you can even buy the part on Amazon. Called in another heating engineer to come and check. In a couple of hours the issue was fixed. The problem was not the PCB at all, but the pump! Spent £290 for 15 minutes and wrong diagnostics! Do not trust this company. They’re after your money and that’s it. If I could leave 0 stars I would! Avoid at all cost!

Happy customer

Called the company up last night, had a heating issue. Staff who answered Were very helpful and friendly. Updated me on every step. My boiler has been repaired within 45 minutes and also has a warranty. Thank you WFN team. Would recommend.

Good services but at a high price

I am thankful for the kindness of all staff, from the call center to the engineer; one thing I would say is though is the price for the first visit; it is rather expensive for only a 30min check; we have called other gas engineer that came to see the issue and didn’t charge us anything; I am sure there could be improvement to be done on that;

Emergency call out

After finding out I had a broken valve that was leaking water into my downstairs neighbour’s, Brian and Paul came round in good time and were able to fix the problem within minutes. Helpful and friendly service throughout, would highly recommend for when you need a reliable service.

Thank you so much

You looked after my elderly grandpa very professionally and most importantly honestly. Didn't try to fleece him out of more money knowing that he is vulnerable and living by himself as companies have done so in the past several years. Listened back to the recordings on Recordgear and the reassurance and professionalism maintained by both engineer and phone guys was actually heartwarming considering the times we are living in now days. Heating is sorted and the old boy is a very very happy chappy! Many Thanks!

Brian and Paul - excellent!

Brian and Paul came to our house within 20 minutes of the call and were outstanding. They took care to access the issue without damaging our bathroom, identified the problem and fixed it on the spot. Very professional and courteous. Took the time to talk us through the issues and the options of repair and showed us how to avoid and treat in the future. Worth every penny. Thank you Brian and Paul.
