Disappointing .. I wanted to buy a car here but when I questioned something that cropped up on the vehicle check they turned extremely nasty and pretty much threw us out.. it’s fine as I found the same car for £500 cheeper and no admin fee, elsewhere.. just not a very nice experience at all from these people.

I brought a Nissan quashqai 2015 about 3-4 weeks ago I was the first to view the car the same day Wembley prestige received the car. I loved the car and I brought it but after driving it for couple days I heard a noise so I contacted Wembley prestige and I spoke with Tony he told me they would check the car over and fix any problem. So I brought the car back to them and they changed the timing belt and the car is running like new. Just want to say that Tony was really helpful and I was very happy with the level of service I received and I would definitely recommend Wembley prestige cars

I don’t usually leave reviews, but after yet another breakdown and ongoing engine problems, I feel I need to warn others.

When I called for help, I was simply told it wasn’t their problem and was even advised to go elsewhere and sell the car.

Buying from Wembley Prestige Motors has been the biggest mistake. In less than a year, the car has had constant issues, multiple breakdowns, and I’ve already spent over £2,000 on a £13,000 car — and the engine warning light is still unresolved; no garage has been able to fix it.

Before purchasing, I asked about the many negative reviews online. They dismissed them as “competitors” leaving fake feedback. That was a lie — my experience has been exactly what others warned about.

This dealership sells unreliable cars and takes no responsibility once the sale is done. Save yourself the stress and financial loss — avoid this place at all costs.

Amazing service! Bought my first car here with them and they were great. They also have such a wide selection of cars it was difficult to choose. Prices are fair and everything took about 2 days to be completed.

So brought a Golf GTI on Friday 13th June 2025, before purchasing I asked about service history and was told “it’s been serviced by us as we service all our cars” sounded good, moving on to Sunday 15th June 2025, warning on dash stating oil level low, after taking car to my local garage on Monday morning was told cars last service was 8 months ago, spoke to the show room who said bring it back so they can sort it, they then changed the oil and oil filter. Leaving me to go elsewhere for air filter and pollen filter after being told it will all be done, now don’t get me wrong I left the showroom happy on the Friday, staff were helpful and efficient but that goes out the window when you tell me a cars been serviced by you and it hasn’t and you don’t follow through after. So for this unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this showroom

They’re dishonest thieves. Tony is a swindler.

Don’t leave deposits for cars - they still haven’t sold the car months later and refuse to hand the deposit back when there was a valid reason for being able to attend.

Thieves, you’ve been warned. The reason used car salesmen have such a bad reputation.

Avoid Like the Plague

Bought a car from this place thinking I was making a smart decision. Three months later, it’s already broken. Gave them a chance to fix it — which they did… briefly. The exact same issue came back almost immediately like it was on a timer. Magic.

Went back hoping they’d do the right thing, but apparently their responsibility ends the second you drive off the forecourt. They now want nothing to do with it. Cheers for that.

So if you fancy paying full price for a car that works part-time and a garage that ghosts you when things go wrong — this is the place for you. Otherwise, steer clear.

Only reliable thing here is the disappointment.

If I could give no stars that would be more appropriate. They are rude had no actual knowledge of anything. Wanted to charge me over £1k more than what was previously discussed. Please do not buy a vehicle from these idiots.

IF YOU RESERVE THE CAR AND YOU PAID THE DEPOSIT AND ONCE AT THE GARAGE YOU DON’T WANT THE CAR AND YOU HAVE NO GOOD REASONS TO REFUSE THE CAR THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK.
THAT’S IS CALLED FRAUD.

I just bought a new Merc Benz GLC from Wembley Prestige Cars. They were very helpful and very quick in getting back to me and the car was with me within two days. The car was delivered to me in Surrey. Tony was very help helpful and polite. They even changed a new battery with 1 year warranty free of charge.
