Excellent customer service. Josh helped us today, smooth, friendly service. I have used Wessex garages Penarth rd for a number of years, it is without doubt the best I've used in terms of customer service, highly recommend.

My car was booked in for service over a week ago, this is a mobility car, car was dropped off at garage they had it for hours, my husband went to pick it up, waiting around for ages no body seemed to know what was happening, then told car was not done, you would of thought this car would of been a priority, what sort of customer service do they think that is

Very happy walked in knowing the car I wanted to buy. No pressure to buy anything else. Sales person was very open and transparent. Handover was good and the car is exactly as described.

Good experience. Special mention to Sami who made the process easy for me. Communication was exceptional.

Unbelievably slow and expensive, it took well over two hours to carry out a check that should take 10 seconds.

My car initially failed its MOT for (1) low washer fluid (they wanted quote for a new washer pump … um no it was clearly just low on fluid), and (2) a tyre pressure sensor.

That initial MOT took them nearly five hours; and that was the speedy while-you-wait option. So I booked the retest and took the car to a place that did the tyre sensor in ten minutes and for nearly £half what Wessex (Cribbs) quoted. Then I took it back to Wessex for the free MOT retest - they literally just had to check the tyre sensor system wasn't showing its light, and try the windscreen washer - ten seconds of work, and that includes the time it’d take to sit in the car. To wait for over two hours for that is a bit much; I don’t need you to wash my car just do the tiny thing that needs doing.

Been loyal to Wessex since buying the car, but will go elsewhere from now on.

Wessex will do anything to get your business then ignore you until its time to get a new car, their communication and professionalism is poor and will most likely leave you out of pocket. In my case they set up a service plan which did not achieve what they promised and did not provide me with any documentation. Sales manager completely ignored me and despite the Branch manager being unable to provide anything signed by me he dismissed my complaint without hesitation. Throughout the process no-one seems to care that the sales team is misrepresenting the truth to sell cars. Would highly recommend people go elsewhere.

Trying to buy parts of these people is impossible always goes to answer phone and never ring you back they should never be allowed to sell the cars if they won't sell the parts to fix them

I'd recommend Wessex Garages Nissan Cardiff because they have a fantastic selection of new and used cars and very knowledgeable staff

My visits to Wessex Kia dealership were a pleasant and constructive experience and resulted in the purchase of a Kia Sportage which I really like.
The salesman Jayvon was very helpful not only with the purchase procedure but also in helping me by meeting me from and taking me to the station.
Based on my experience I would have no hesitation in recommending this dealership to anyone.

I purchased a car from this garage back in January 2023 and after some problems with it, it was identified that it was not serviced by them when they sold it me even though the service was due within 6 months of them selling it and their policy is to service it if it has 6 months or less on it.
They have even told me this and that they should have serviced it, and then tried to back track and lie about it when I have asked for them to confirm in writing what they have told me so I can send this info to KIA itself.
They also told me when they sold me the car that it was due a service in September 2023 and it was not, it was due June 2023, further supporting that they should have done a service before releasing it to me. They have been rude and unhelpful, and clearly sold me a car and lied in order to get rid of it and now will not rectify this even after admitting they are at fault.
Furthermore, when trying to get hold of them, they hang up and reject the call constantly until trying continuously and they eventually answer. And when speaking to other staff and not the one who sold it to you as that person is not in, they do not seem to care and even said 'IT IS NOT MY PROBLEM, IT IS ROSS'S PROBLEM'. Do not recommend this garage at all, steer well clear of them.

Customer service shocking can’t get hold them when you do the say they ring you back and they don’t shocking

I am at a total loss with this garage - I have tried to work with them, but they have had a family members car for over six weeks. A Nissan used approved car sold to us that needed a service and MOT-within three months - no offer to do this prior to purchase.
Promised used approve warranty took months to sort out, no sales invoice and to cap it all when the car was taken to them for repair, the service team sent a video showing the car needed over £2000 of repairs - no more than 4 months into ownership.

What is strange is that the video identified brakes needing replacement, perished tyres etc but the car still passed its MOTat Wessex garages without any advisories.

Have been promised a call back since over a week - no update nothing.

Will give until tomorrow, if no call next stop is Nissan UK along with the video.
