The Sales team are amazing, everything is explained and clear. We are almost at the end of the process and very excited for the moving day.

I would like to take a moment to say a huge thank you to the entire team for their outstanding support and professionalism throughout my experience.

Simon was the first person I spoke with over the phone when I initially enquired. From the very beginning, he was incredibly supportive, helpful, and informative, especially when guiding me through the reservation paperwork. He made the whole process feel straightforward and reassuring.

Lisa was also absolutely fantastic. Whether communicating face-to-face, over the phone, or through email, she was always helpful, professional, and very knowledgeable. Her advice and guidance were greatly appreciated throughout the process.

Harriet was extremely professional and welcoming. She showed me the apartment in the showroom and was excellent when it came to explaining the paperwork and answering my questions, whether over the phone or face-to-face. She was always patient, approachable, and willing to help.

Liliana was equally brilliant. She showed me the actual flat and took the time to explain how everything worked, which was extremely helpful. She was consistently friendly, professional, and supportive whether communicating face-to-face, over the phone, or by email.

Overall, I have been genuinely impressed by the level of customer service from everyone I dealt with. Simon, Lisa, Harriet, and Liliana all went above and beyond to make the experience smooth, clear, and stress-free.

It is rare to come across a team where every member is so professional, approachable, and genuinely helpful. I truly appreciate all their hard work, patience, and support, and I would highly recommend this team to anyone looking for excellent service and a positive experience.

Extremely disappointing after-sales support from Weston Homes

We bought the largest plot at Denham Film Studios from Weston Homes in 2020. We are now facing a significant delay in selling our home because of a rent charge issue relating to the original development documentation.

Despite Weston Homes being the developer and being in the best position to help clarify and resolve the matter, they have refused to provide meaningful assistance. Their lack of support is now causing a massive and completely unnecessary delay to our sale.

After purchasing such a substantial property from them, we expected considerably better after-sales support. Very disappointing.

I am happy with the one bedroom apartment and all the features included. The process of acquiring this bedroom apartment was a little confusing at times for a first time buyer but when this occurred the team tried their best to help me understand.

The team were so friendly and welcoming. They listened to any problems and questions I had and always tried to help.

Purchasing a property can be and usually is a very stressful process; but my experience with Lisa and Weston Homes has been first class. Everything has been handled professionally, swiftly and honestly, nothing has been too much trouble and every enquiry has been answered very quickly.

Charlotte, my Customer Service Co-ordinator is absolutely amazing. I feel very looked after by her and feel lucky she has been allocated to me for the next 2 years. She's a really lovely cheerful person and nothing is too much trouble. 5 big Gold stars to Charlotte.

Lee was incredibly helpful. He did not rush us around the viewings, revisited the properties we most liked as options and enabled us take our time as we, my husband and myself, talked through the different spaces and how we could best use them.
He also opened up to us things we might not have considered, e.g. the positioning of the windows, air flow, light space, to mention but a few.
He showed us the plans in the wide screen also and looked back to check the time frames we last visited to help us.

So far, my experience with Weston Homes has been excellent. The team has been incredibly accommodating throughout the buying process, making everything as smooth and straightforward as possible. A special thank you to Lisa, who has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. She has gone above and beyond to answer my questions, keep me updated, and provide outstanding support every step of the way. Although I'm still in the process of purchasing my home, the customer service I've received so far has been exceptional, and I would happily recommend Weston Homes based on my experience.

The whole experience of buying my first home went very smoothly. The sales team were fantastic and kept in touch throughout the process, so I knew exactly what was going on. They recommended solicitors and brokers and were very knowledgeable. The building team were helpful and polite and made it known that they were available if there were any problems.
It was a stress free experience overall. Would highly recommend.
