Great service, Jamie was efficient and on time and report came in a week!

From the start I found this company very easy to deal with. The survey was arranged at a time convenient to the homeowner, I was telephoned that day and various points were brought to my attention, and I received the full report within a week. Very good value too.

I’ve searched and compared prices of surveyors and by far this is the cheapest for level 2. Aside from that they are very responsive to our emails and efficient. 1000% recommended!!

Second time using Westside Services and I was really happy with them. Communication from Casey was brilliant. The surveyor contacted me straight after for a verbal update and the draft report was sent within a week. The report is very detailed and helpful and the price was cheaper than the quote which is always a positive!

I found Westside Services limited through a comparison company for surveys, as I had no idea where to start when trying to find a local company.
I picked them not just because they had the lowest quote but because they were more local to us, unlike the others who were all based in London.
The quote was clear and they weren’t pushy like other companies, who all asked for money up front in order to book the survey in. Westside, on the other hand, ask for payment after the survey has been conducted and the report is ready. The report by Jamie was very thorough and informative, with lots of pictures.

Contact with Casey was easy via email and they got the survey booked in with the property no problem.
I would definitely recommend them to anybody buying.
