Second time using Westside Services and I was really happy with them. Communication from Casey was brilliant. The surveyor contacted me straight after for a verbal update and the draft report was sent within a week. The report is very detailed and helpful and the price was cheaper than the quote which is always a positive!

I found Westside Services limited through a comparison company for surveys, as I had no idea where to start when trying to find a local company.
I picked them not just because they had the lowest quote but because they were more local to us, unlike the others who were all based in London.
The quote was clear and they weren’t pushy like other companies, who all asked for money up front in order to book the survey in. Westside, on the other hand, ask for payment after the survey has been conducted and the report is ready. The report by Jamie was very thorough and informative, with lots of pictures.

Contact with Casey was easy via email and they got the survey booked in with the property no problem.
I would definitely recommend them to anybody buying.

Survey they did was thorough and we got the call and report within a few days. Happy with the field team. One negative was the treatment I received from the person on the phone when i called to enquire about the email i sent to get the quote and date booked. The woman was relly patronising. Call was to check how to let them know any additional requirements we may have, her answer was: “its all in the email we sent, check it there”, now I am ok with technology and did not miss this bot in the email bit wanted to confirm that the aspect we specifically wanted to look at was something they could survey, and was met with being ridiculed on her part. I appreciate we live in a digital world, but if it were someone older who did not have the patience or just wanted to verbally confirm, they would not get a service that they deserve from that person. For that reason 3stars (would still recommend the actual survey team)

Our surveyor on the day was friendly and efficient. The valuation report arrived just 2 days later which was even better than expected.
