Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the availability issues you experienced, but we’re pleased that you’re happy with the pair you received and that they’re working well for you.
We really appreciate your suggestion regarding a 6E driving shoe with a very thin sole. We’ll certainly pass this feedback on to our product team, as we understand how important the right sole and fit can be for comfortable driving.

Fabulous shop.
Fabulous customer service, fabulous quality of footwear. Trying to find shoes that fit is a nightmare as I need a deep toe box but have narrow heels. Ordered walking shoes and walking boots. Both comfortable.

It is nearly impossible to get a refund!
The company sent an email saying they were processing my order. The next day they sent another poorly written email saying that the item was out of stock in the color I requested, but that they could send another color. I replied that I preferred they refund my payment. They did not reply to this email. Days went by. Then I sent an email asking again for the refund. They sent another poorly written reply saying, in effect, "Oh, surprise! the color you wanted is back in stock. We'll send it now, okay?" I replied "NO, do not send the shoes I previously ordered; I have found other shoes elsewhere. Please refund my payment." They have not yet replied or confirmed that they will refund the money. This is bizarre, seemingly fraudulent behavior. I will never shop with them again.

Great quality shoes
Great quality shoes, that I can get my feet into! Good range, competitive prices compared to the High St shops (that don't even sell shoes that I can wear, as I need size 13 6V (6E-8E) wide shoes).

I bought them on the promise of a free return but after hours of being told there was an error on the returns page, I was told to post them back myself and pay. If I'm honest, I suspect it was an A.I. I was talking to, as it was quite happy and polite when it delivered this news. The company has been very helpful, and positive, offering to pay the postage and 20% of any sandals I might like. I think that is an extremely professional service.

Quality and comfort
Besides receiving my 6e width New Balance shoes only 3 days after ordering them my bunion now has the room it needs to spend all day in total comfort, the reason this is so important is that the alternative is an operation that will take me off my feet for quite awhile which is not an option, this is why I'm a repeat customer, thank you Wide Fit Shoes for quality and comfort.
