Order at your own risk
Do not recommend. Absolutely do not in any way recommend this online shop. Really poor on every level. Can’t comment on the goods themselves because they have never arrived despite requests for updates. Staff experts at fobbing customers off. You will get no further updates or info. No replies to emails and impossible to get through via phone. Don’t be fooled by the fancy website and promises made. A total waste of money. I will try to get a refund but don’t feel hopeful about that either. Wildash show themselves to be everything horrid about online shopping. Order at your own risk. Buyer beware.

To comment on below reply, I have not been refunded I have received no funds after 16 days of a supposed refund. So still out of pocket with no solution being promised. It is now 6 weeks since original purchase and 16 days since cancellation, still no refund . This is how NOT how to run a business or how to satisfy your customer......
I am very disappointed, I ordered a rug 1st Nov to be told it was a 10-14 day wait. It is now the 19th November. I came home as I work away to accept this rug on the 17-19th still nothing. An email tonight saying trouble ith stock, mail etc may be delivered next week when I am not at home, keep trying to tell them I need to change address if so but again no help or any communication. 7 phone calls this week, no return calls, will see if rug comes next week. Will update as appropriate

Hello Heidi - I am sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience at Wildash London. I had a quick look at your order and it seems you'd ordered one of our made to order items from our online store with a next day delivery. We do try and make it very clear at every stage of the ordering process, as well as on the product pages of our made to order products, what our lead times are for each made to order item. I am sorry if there was any confusion regarding this. We will take a look at this to see if we can find a way to make this more clear to our customers. In the meantime, it looks as if your order has now been refunded.
By the same token we have also completed your order and it will arrive into our London showroom next week. We will be in touch once we have it in hand if you wanted to repurchase the item.

I would give 0 start if I have the…
I would give 0 start if I have the choice. First of all, I placed my order on 15th September, up to now nearly 2 months after, I m still waiting for it. Has been emailing and calling the company, and has given reasons and delivery dates but, it never happened.
Then I asked a refund, the very next day which was 20th October the company emailed saying it's delivered and given me a tracking number, when I checked, UPS showed the label created but waiting for the parcel, 12 days later I checked again, UPS still waiting for the parcel. !!
I asked a refund but the company didn't reply.
I hope nobody else experiencing what I v been through.,

Poor Customer Serbvice
Despite having been promised my products and having a notification that shipping had been started over 10 days ago, I have still not received my sheepskins. It's a shame that nobody is replying to me on their contact page, as the products really do look gorgeous. Maybe this review will prompt them to ship my goods as promised!

Was it through the form, chat or some other means? We try to be swift in responding to our customers so if you were not getting a response, I will need to look into this to resolve the issue!
In the meantime, I had a quick look into your order and although there was some delay, it looks as if it was shipped and received safely. I hope you are happy with your order. The British Curlies are one of our favourite products!

Large cotton sofa throws…
Bought two woven cotton throws for sofas. Wildash had an extra large size which we needed with a choice of colours. The items arrived securely packed. They arrived within time stated. Very pleased with the quality.
Will be returning them but reordering in another colour. Hope the returns service is as good.

The wreath, the ornaments and the customer service
The wreath and the snowy animal ornaments weren’t worth the money in my opinion.
But what really irked me is the fact that they didn’t respond to my query about being overcharged £10.
That’s the real reason they get 1⭐️ Since they clearly didn’t care about my custom.

Superb service.
