I have used will i am Plumbing & Heating a few times for substantial repair works through to boiler servicing, and would highly recommend. Always easy to arrange appointments and William is responsive to queries and making bookings. The team attending the job have always been excellent, arriving punctually, fully equipped, working courteously with minimal mess leaving areas tidy. They also always explained clearly what they are going to do and what they have done and why at the start and end of the job. Reports after are comprehensive with detailed photographs of the work done as a record.

I can not recommend Will I Am's services enough. We needed a new oven installed, and a gas safety certificate for cooker and boiler. Will responded to my email very promptly (within the day), and then was there to provide the service the next day. He was extremely friendly and professional, and resolved our issue efficiently. Great service, very professional and efficient

This was a quick job to remove 22mm limescale fighter and re-pipe the 28mm mains. Joe and Fabio arrived on time, quickly did what was requested and re-piped the copper mains with welding. This didn’t solve the problem; however, Joe found the issue - it was flow restrictors installed on the shower heads. This was a bingo moment and after removing them the pressure is excellent! Removing the limescale fighter device increased overall pressure in the flat. Excellent job, thanks so much!

I had a combi boiler installed (replacing a system boiler) and radiators replaced throughout the house with smart valves attached. I was impressed by the way the company really listened to what I wanted and was responsive to my requests. The installation was done in a very professional manner and I am so pleased with the new system.

What seemed like a simple leak turned out to be really complicated. Ryan managed to open up a boxed in cistern cutting through the tiled panel with real skill so that you couldn’t tell it had been touched after.
