Instructed Will.i.Am for annual boiler service and a plumbing job. Both the gas engineer and the plumber arrived on time, explained what they were doing, took clear photos (which were included in the report sent to me), were friendly and left my place in a clean & tidy state. Would recommend!

We had a problem with our toilet. After contacting Will I am, we received a next-day appointment. Service by a very experienced engineer (Paul) and his apprentice -- done with care. Professional, clean and highly effective. Invoice contained some inadvertent inaccuracies, but this was quickly and politely corrected by email. Very happy and would use again.

William and his team were a great help and fixed an issue with my boiler flue which was positioned awkwardly. William was very responsive, giving advice and careful consideration to the job, coming up with possible solutions. After booking in a day, two of his engineers arrived on time and completed the job in an efficient and neat way. They managed to replace the flue, despite it being in a tricky location. Both were very respectful of the home surroundings and explained each step of the process. I have no hesitation in recommending William.

It is always such a relief to do business with William! As usual he replied promptly to my initial enquiry and and got back to me soon to arrange a visit for a quote for a new boiler and then the installation itself. All was so efficiently and well done!
All the necessary documents - installation details, gas safety certificate, guarantee etc were all supplied in a timely manner and were not overwhelming.

(Previously we had had another boiler installed in another property by British Gas and there just seemed to be so much paperwork and it was a more complex process)
