Tom and Jake did a superb job of installing my new boiler. It was a tricky installation but they were always focused on the solutions not the problems, which is rare and refreshing! Will is a pleasure to deal with and sends through dozens of photos afterwards and lists everything that has been done. A great company which I highly recommend

Will responded to my initial enquiry almost immediately, I was able to secure an appointment very soon after. The work was completed to a high standard, the workers wore masks and were socially distant, and were prompt and polite. Excellent service as always (I'm a repeat customer after past great experiences)

Tom, Jake and Hazar are the dream team! Professional and courteous, they methodically replaced our drab-looking radiators with some fantastic column ones. What impressed me most was how tidy, well mannered and respectful the team were as they efficiently managed their tasks whilst my partner and I worked from home. They even stayed late, working above and beyond to fit some stubborn brass sleeves onto the pipework and even give our walls behind the radiators a paint touch-up. This is the second time I have had work done by this company and I am equally impressed. Within three days of reporting a faulty boiler they installed a new one. The engineers were all efficient, pleasant and professional. They arrived in time and were diligent about cleaning and social distancing. They worked all day to get the boiler fitted so I wasn’t without heating.
The engineer talked me through the process and left me with clear operating instructions. All paperwork was in place and the boiler guaranteed for ten years.
I highly recommend this company. They know what they’re doing and their prices are very reasonable.

We had a problem with a leaking Toilet and they were very helpful. The cistern was actually broken, so they came back a few days later and installed a new toilet. Professional, polite and efficient. Will use again.

I recently used them to remove 6 water tanks from my loft, which is in a really tiny space and not a nice job at all.

Joe and his apprentice turned up, were really polite and explained what was happening and just cracked on with the job.

They made sure they cleaned up after themselves and it was great to actually see people who cared and enjoyed their work. Was even more suprised when I was given a bit of a discount because they finished the job sooner than they thought.

I just had a second job completed by the same company when my boiler packed up last week and William came over and made a special effort to move things around so he could fit it in and I wouldn't have to wait a week to get it done.
