They are scam!!!!! I placed an order a month ago and said it’s in transit and then delivered but I didn’t get any delivery plus I contacted them several times and no answers!!!

Beginning the process of ordering windows was easy and when I called they answered my questions. I will start with one window and if that goes well I will order the remaining windows for my house. I will write another review once the window arrives and install complete.

Last year we had to build a mini home for my wife approximately 3 hours away from our home due to her work. The build was a 400 square foot home that is insulated in closed and open cell to increase the R-value. Our concern was the windows because of the amount that was planned for the build. 8 windows were to be installed and the build is located in east Texas. I was fairly worried because how hot it can be. Therefore, we decided to look for windows that weren't the cheapest but not the most expensive. I would tell you after installing them, make sure to do your homework and never cheap out on windows. The installation was really easy with step by step instructions. The delivery was awesome because they communicated with me weekly via email and text. I did call once to verify and they were very he[pful. Once in, the windows and sliding door have a robust look and feel. We only had to put in a small mini split A/C that runs off 110 volts due to the insulation and windows. Its basically a yeti cooler in the summer. I timed how long it took to cool down and it was around 12-15 minutes. Due to delivery, installation and look, I won't by any other windows. great company!

Great windows and great people

Ordered ecostorm windows because it has triple pane windows and I needed something to deaden sound more. Derek, recommended the ecoxtreme with the keep safe laminated which is good for both safety and to deaden sound a little bit. Saved me hundreds of dollars and I know I'll be getting a good set of upstairs windows. Thanks windowestore!

Get these Windows! They are in a class of their own, made from high grade material customized to an exact fit and far superior to boxstore windows. They went in easy and came with screens as promised. The reps are easy to talk to and will call you as soon as you order to verify order details. I was skeptical at first but after install I have decided to do my entire house.

I ordered online and the windows were a perfect fit. These are ingress, egress windows for a basement, casement style. I was pleasantly surprised on the quality and the excellent open and closure mechanism. The lock latch functions very well, have purchased pella casements and these work much better.

We live in a 70+ year old home and are in the process of replacing all the windows ourselves. We have been thrilled with the quality and ease of installation with those we've purchased through WindowEstore! We've now come to our final windows which are beautiful windows with wooden diamond panes. WindowEstore actually has a diamond pane option, but unfortunately only for the Eastern portion of the US. In talking with the company, they are now working on making them available for the Western states. Just the fact that they are willing to try and make this happen (those windows were a HUGE part of why we purchased the home in the first place many years ago!), shows that they care about their customers and their needs.
