Items never arrived, and they are very slow to respond to emails.
I have ordered from them before, and had to chase them to get a response, and eventually, my order.
Thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and try again. What a huge mistake!

I was so hurt and disappointed by this company . They prey on vulnerable people .
Do not purchase anything

I purchased a ring for my friends birthday in November. After about 10 days I messaged the company asking if it had been send, their reply was it will be sent after being blessed in the full moon. January came, still nothing. I emailed them saying that nothing had been received and as it was for a friend's birthday I would like a refund. They never replied and ignored my messages. I claimed my money back through PayPal luckily. Disgusting customer service, seems like I'm not the only one!

I purchased tea on 10/11/23. After a month - and no tea - I got in touch. 'Emerald' said it would be sent out as soon as 'Willow' blended it. Another month went by with no tea. This time Emerald said it would be sent out as soon as possible. Another month and I asked for my money back. Emerald didn't even bother to look at the message. I contacted PayPal and obtained a refund that way.
Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Customer service is appalling and you get constant spam from them offering Tarot readings. Unimpressed.

Teas taste good. Service is very very slow. Items missing. No one replies to messages when I try to contact them.
I have two items I have not received and a promise of a free gift for my wait
I have had no responce to my email no free gift. No refund for missing items.

Poor customer service, delivery and communication.
Purchased tea over 4 weeks ago (28th August) and still waiting!.
I asked for a refund but was told my order had been dispatched and that they had proof of postage which they clearly didn't because when I asked for a copy of it they then decided to ignore my messages completely. Disgraceful, Poor service to be avoiding giving a refund for a product that hasn't been provided. And for what? £25! Clearly don't know the first thing about customer service or how to run a proper successful business.
Will not buy from them again and certainly would not recommend to anyone else.
AVOID!!!
If you can't trust the seller, you can't trust the product.

I have been buying tea from here for the past few months to a year, they taste lovely.
They have deals on quite often and some teas are sent to you with a lovely crystal.

2nd Part

There were 4 orders that arrived without delivery being paid, which orders in the UK are meant to have free delivery. I had to pay for the delivery once they arrived at the local depot.
One of these orders actually got sent back to WT after paying the postage which slowed delivery time.

I made a few orders days apart when there was a sale, however, when they arrived there were missing items.
It took a while to sort it out correctly.

I made one last order after they posted on FB about another deal, Order £25 worth of tea to get a goody bag with items that would be from the list below.

I messaged them once I got my order which did not include the items and only the tea. ( Keep in mind I made the order as soon as the post went up)

I contacted them on the 10th of March to tell them, and they responded quickly with;

(I will see if it got sent in two parcels xx
Thanks for messaging us. We'll get back to you soon.)

It is now the 17th and I have heard nothing back, I did send them one last message asking if they found anything with no response.

I won't be ordering again sadly.

Update 25 May
on the 29th of April, they said they would send another mystery bag since the other one did not arrive. A month later still nothing.
I do not believe they ever sent anything to begin with.

Again, why would they send two packages for a small order?
They would have sent two small packs of tea separately when it could have been sent with the rest.
The price of their tea is way too high anyway.

They have messaged me through social media asking if I want to be a tarot tester, which actually means they want me to purchase their tarot reading with a few £ knocked off the price. Not worth it at all.

Al they do is copy and paste the tarot card meaning.
For how much they charge, you would be better off buying cards yourself.

I feel dumb for having spent so much money buying their tea and paying a monthly fee for their "Coven".

Still haven't received the "replacement" that they apparently sent.

I have decided to block them on Facebook and Insta, they kept sending me sales messages, wanting me to purchase tarot readings. Yeah, cause I want readings from people who have ripped me off already.

29 June, nothing arrived still. Clear sign that they never sent anything out in the 1st place.

Ordered some tea from this company and had a confirmation email to say it would be with me in 14 days.... Nothing arrived so i emailed them back to ask where my order was.... No response, i then messaged them on there Instagram page... Nothing, i also messaged them in messenger and also on there facebook page... No response at all!
Had to contact paypal and they refunded me.
Do not order from this company, it's customer service is non existent!
