this is a great aggregator service. We are in the real estate space and do a ton of agent recruiting. We have hired several agents that have applied using this service. They also offer DISC assessments for the candidates that can be very helpful.

Great tool if your looking to hire! Helped streamline the process and weed out candidates that would be a poor fit for the company and position. Saved a great deal of time by not having to sort through hundreds of resumes.

The team of people at WizeHire are always available and very knowledgeable. Their ability to gauge candidates, extensive interviewing guidance, and convenient online platform has made the hiring process so much easier for us.

We do not see ourselves hiring for any position without them in the future!

So far we have been extremely impressed with our experience. We've been working with WizeHire to find a new admin for our real estate team. Their process and system are straightforward and their live support/coaches have been nothing short of excellent - always super friendly and always going above and beyond to help ensure things are going well for us. Tamalyn specifically as been the team member who I've been working with. Again, she's been fantastic. We received over 50 applicants in the first week and there were a handful of quality candidates in the first round of results. Interviews are starting now and the tools that WizeHire includes in their package are so helpful - from the DISC assessments, candidate summaries, interview questions and workflows... all very good stuff. So although we're early in our relationship with them, I would recommend WizeHire 100% for any organization looking to add to their team.

Wizehire is a great tool in the hiring process. It is simple to use with a great dashboard. It saves time and helps screen out people who are not qualified for the positions I am looking to fill. I also am a big believer in the DISC and they integrate that in the platform. They also have great customer service.

I've certainly gotten a lot of applications for my positions using Wizehire, and the ads they have you start with are pretty on target. The DISC+ profile is super helpful in the hiring process as well. Daily updates they provide are helpful, and there is guidance available for re-doing ads that are stale. Overall, I'm happy with my investment in Wizehire...now if I could only find people that want to work! ';)
