I had a small hiccup with my order with…
I had a small hiccup with my order with WMS. It was lost in the system, showing as having been dispatched, but DHL having no trace of it. I both sent emails and phoned WMS. When Louise and Rhian got onto the case, my order was promptly delivered within 24 hours. These 2 great ladies came to my rescue. They apologised for the delay and even sent me a box of goodies as an apology and for good will too. Fantastic service from Louise and Rhian. Will definitely use WMS again.

Excellent Service
The cuff on my BP monitor was damaged. Had it for a long time so was not sure I could get a replacement. Advisor was extremely helpful and order arrived very quickly and was exactly what I needed.
