Wide range of merchandise
I've been a client for 20 years, but for some reason, they no longer give me account credit for online orders I make directly. Curiously, they allow account credit for my practice staff when they phone directly.
Apart from that there is a good range of medical supplies and equipment and deliveries are prompt.
I only had one order go missing in 20 years and it was promptly replaced.

Good price, swift service and informative website detail. Lost a star because it took a week for them to reply to an online query regarding a next day delivery service....didn't matter in the end as it took only 2 days to arrive.
*Update of review posted 13/08/2024. Comical it takes a week to get a response to a simple online query, yet less than 24 hours for the company to respond to any form of negative Trustpilot feedback regarding thier service ;o) Maybe get some of those 'managers' lending a hand with what really matters. All said and done happy customer

Not received my order after over a…
Not received my order after over a month, when I got a message from DHL saying it was delivered I received a completely different item and have had no correspondence on a refund or where my order actually is.
