Easy to do and good value even for over 80's
This was return business, because we like the ease of getting a quote, and the fact that we could get a level of cover that met our requirements so avoiding paying for cover we did not need. Happily, we have had no claims experience.

Always a very professional experience
Always very professional with their approach. Staff very friendly.
World First go a bit deeper than other providers, to give a more bespoke quote, which reflects your medical liability more accurately, with good levels of cover.

I got a telephone quote as I am not…
I got a telephone quote as I am not confident in line. The person I spoke to was very friendly and put me at ease with all the questions and was patient if I needed her to repeat it. A very positive experience and a good quote which was excellent compared to another company I tried who were quite the opposite on all fronts.

Very helpful representative. Explained everything well, gave details of all possible options and wasn’t pushy if declined. All questions asked were relevant to my condition. Costs were much more realistic than other quotes received

Great
We have used company ‘WFT’ for travel insurance - initially due to them being only one to cover my husbands medical condition. This is now our third year using them. Not needed to claim, as yet. Reps are very friendly and knowledgeable. All good so far.
