I have used world first for years. The best around especially when you have or had high risk illnesses

It was adequate. Getting to pay took ages because it kept telling me I had to do something I had already done. Very confusing.

Used World first travel insurance many times before as the prices are very reasonable. My only wish is that they increase the age for annual travel insurance from 74 yrs to 80yrs or more, otherwise cannot fault them !!

Had a slight issue on the website so ended up calling but was put at ease straightaway by the young lady I spoke to. She went through the whole process, explaining everything in simple terms and was able to renew my policy without any undue fuss.The questions asked were pertinent to my condition and there was no unnecessary jargon.Can't recommend World First highly enough when it comes to insurance for pre-existing conditions👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

I have used World First for many years. They are always competitive on price and ask all the right questions to give me peace of mind that complex medical conditions are covered and understood. However, the last time I spoke to them I simply could not hear the agent due to loud background chatter. It was incredibly frustrating as I was being asked long and complex 'legal' questions which I was unable to respond to. I had to resort to obtaining a quotation online. When I did so the website failed to provide a payment facility. I then had to ring again to pass on my payment details. Following successful payment I didn't receive my documentation and had to call yet again. All very frustrating and unnecessary.

They were very clear about the costs and different levels of pay etc. Having an underlying g condition that limits one’s insurance options is a nightmare, but I was made to feel that my holiday ambitions were still doable. All the people I spoke to were knowledgeable about the field.
