I did order 3 boxes of lily o briens Christmas desserts collection for £41.97 and I received 1 small can of coke, 1 bottle of cheap energy drink and can of Brazilian drink. That's a joke !!!

I ordered my dad and his partner a ‘movie night’ box for Christmas and they loved it! They were literally ‘WOW’d’ & called me immediately to say how great it was! Highly recommend either as a gift or for yourselves, shipping was fast and value for money is fantastic!! Thank you thank you thank you!

My order was brilliant ..Great Beer, ..however, (my mistake) ..I failed to tick the 10% discount box !!
Should have saved myself a couple of quid !!

Although the product was good, and delivered quickly. When I asked an on line question, although the site advised that a customer support team member was available, I waited for over half an hour for a reply, then gave up. I did however get an E mail reply eventially but unfortunately the answer was incorrect. The result being that in the mean time I took a chance and ordered the product. As it turns out the decription on the box was correct but the site description was wrong.

Speed of delivery but shame 3 bottles were broken

Customer service is really good. Straight to a human who was able to understand my issue with their regular courier and adapt. Evri doesn't deliver to many rural places here so they changed to a different one. Products were all great. When one of the products I ordered didn't arrive they were easily contacted and replacement served the next day. The only problem was each product had been packed and sent separately which wasn't a problem really I just thought it odd. Will use this company again as long as they keep such good customer service.

Package didn't arrive on time as was damaged in transit. New delivery was arranged and arrived promptly so problem solved, would recommend this company excellent service.
