Mike McCarthy was very friendly, called to give me his expected time of arrival and was very efficient when he was here

I had a bedroom installed, Wren were very communicative until the point when the installation was "complete" however, in my opinion it wasn't.
The underside of the bridging unit carcasses were not covered and the Plinth had raw MDF exposed. I also had two items which were seemingly over supplied, When I asked about these they said they would look and see if I was entitled to a refund; I'm sorry but if you are sold something you don't need, surely a refund is a given? Anyway when asked if everything was ok I raised the issue of the bridging unit and suggested some resolutions. The installation team said they had finished and referred me to the aftercare team. I heard nothing so contacted them to ask for a contact in aftercare and was not given this but told they would contact me, I waited again but nothing, Aftercare seems an ironic title at this stage, I posted a review on google and got their standard answer asking me to contact the review team so the could resolve this which I did. Two days later I have not even received a thank you we are dealing with your issues. This isn't my first experience of poor customer care from Wren. The sad thing is the furniture is good and the installer was fine it really is Customer service and care that I can only call abysmal.

Ben Davies the surveyor arrived on time and conducted himself in a professional manner and was able to answer any questions I had

My kitchen area was measured today and the guy was lovely and friendly. Respected my property and asked me numerous times if I had any questions for him. Very efficient service

O. Firouzia was polite and efficient. He explained his role today and before he left helped to sort out my change in the design appointment which is scheduled for next week.

Great experience with Stephen Heggie who came today to measure up our kitchen. Very knowledgeable and communicative on what is possible and what we can do within our space.

Tim Marks was highly knowledgeable and personable. His experience was apparent and he was a pleasure to work with.

wren kitchens has been a nightmare exprence from start to finish i went to wren kitchens hendon staples corner branch with my wife she picked out the kitchen she wanted plus oven hob dishwasher washing machine floor tiles it been in my front room they telling my they have no installer not till the end of August and I have paid them in full up front when I bought from them they didn't tell me they didn't have any installer so I sent the kitchen back to wren avoid wren at all cost

Our kitchen is exactly how we had planned it. The standard of the units is very high and we were impressed that all the soft closers and and other mechanics came ready installed. The large installation guide was very helpful.
You have an excellent customer service team and I spoke with Richard today who was exceptional. I have enjoyed dealing with your company and would recommend you.
The only thing that let you down was the delivery team, they were polite but seemed to be in a rush.

Any damaged parts found after delivery were quickly replaced free of charge.
Jordan D was very helpful. A refund was arranged on a part that was no longer required.

Dealt with Hayley M who was professional and totally understanding of my concerns. I was expecting a battle regarding my request for a refund but this wasn’t the case. Hayley was very clear and understood me.

Great experience, Andy Moss was really helpful when he came round, arrived on time, answered any questions that we asked and made it really straight forward, would definitely recommend him.

A Hadnum came out to measure our kitchen. He was friendly and considerate. Called before arrival, completed measurements and answered my questions.

He was on time and very knowledgeable. He explained me very clearly on the questions asked. He was kind too.
