Very positive experience from the outset. Alexandra Haplichnik ,the designer at Wren was very patient and happily showed me different combinations as I changed my mind about the style of kitchen , colour and even appliances. Kitchen was delivered on time as planned. The two young men were very polite and helpful. The Kitchen fitter Kenny Prince was very patient, cheerful and professional . He was on time every morning, very happily answered questions and took great care with the finished product, He did an excellent job, he clearly took pride in his work, even staying later to get the job finished on schedule. Thanks also to Derek the electrician, again , cheerful, professional , on time. I am delighted with my new Kitchen . Thanks Kenny.

Mike Rawlinson was very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant.

I am currently buying a kitchen from Wren and my experience so far has been appalling. Customer service is unreliable, it depends totally on who answers the phone or can be bothered to deal with the enquiry properly. And the worst thing for me was being made to feel everything was my fault.
If the actual fit is as bad as the lead up to it I’ll definitely have a nervous breakdown.

Dealt with Cameron at head office who resolved my query quickly and was very polite.

Samuel had excellent customer relations and solved our issue professionally and considerately. We were pleased with how he listened to our issues and resolved the matter.

Michael was polite and thorough in his measurement visit today. Looking forward to the design stage.

Kay has been so helpful in this present time. He not only heard me but he acted! I spoke to so many people of customer support but Kay was the one who did his best to help and I am forever grateful. Without him I wouldn’t be ready for template!
Wren it is so lucky to have him on board!

Unfotunately I had lost all infoemation regarding my Wren Kitchen purchase due to a lap-top glitch, so when a problem in the form of a broken hinge, l had to ask CS for help.
A very helpful call handler called Kay answered my call for help and within a short time had answered all my questions and forwarded duplicate documents to my email
So, thank you very much Kay.

C Prewer rang in advance to give an exact time of arrival within the pre arranged time slot, toon the measurements and plotted a floor plan, explained it in detail and any issue that may present during instillation

Craig was really knowledgeable and so helpful with ideas that I hadn't even thought of

J. Braker from Wren arrived early of our appointment. He phoned and asked if it's okay. We're happy with the service and was able to answer all our questions.

The customer service operator that u dealt with Kay, was absolutley perfect. Happy to help and took our stresses as a family in to account. Problems resolved and left feeling so much happier after Kay's help. Very much appreciated thank you

My experience with Bailey today was second to none. She was very thorough & knowledgeabke and easy to talk to.

Came on time and was knowledgeable and polite.

I have a kitchen currently been installed with the cost going up daily as I can get no response regarding issues with products supplied. 3 of the doors/drawers were damaged but in fairness replaced quickly. The extractor that was supplied was broken and rather than replacing it Wren want to send an engineer out to fix it…. A brand new item!! The fridge freezer leaked all over my new floor and has a constant buzz. Having waited two days for a reply and been unable to get through on the phone I have bought a replacement elsewhere. Customer service is the worst I have ever known, when I reply to the answer to a question I am told it can take up to 3 days for a reply!! I am only posting this review in the hope that they respond to me. My fitting costs have also risen by £720 now. I was warned about the customer service so blame myself. I also emailed the manager of the store but have not heard back!

J Braker came to take measurements for our new kitchen. He worked very efficiently, was extremely thorough, and was really kind and friendly throughout.

G Hickman was friendly, efficient & constructive with his ideas & insight into what my odd-shaped kitchen have as design features. I couldn’t have asked for more, he went above and beyond a routine measure up of the space.

Customer service has been excellent with emails & phonecalls from the whole team to determine what exactly I need.

I feel safe in Wren’s hands to make my kitchen a fabulous space to live in!

Everything was good except I had to call Wren as hadn't had a call from the surveyor with an ETA. Advised they would call back but didn't. Called a 2nd time to be assured we were the next appointment from Scunthorpe a 25 min ride away to Hessle. He arrived 50 mins later. Advised he had called but couldn't get through. Asked him to check my contact number but he couldn't because it was updating something on his phone.
