I’ve been using Wundertax for a couple of years now, and it’s always been incredibly simple to work with. The platform gives clear explanations for every step and really tries to cover all aspects of the tax declaration, so you can complete everything correctly and confidently.
Submission works smoothly online without any issues, and their support is fast and responsive whenever you have a question or run into a problem.

Die beste Webseite die ich in meinem Leben benutzt habe. Alles lief wie Butter. Die Registrierung ging zack. Ich hab ausversehen die Webseite beendet, meine Daten wurden automatisch gespeichert. Ich musste nichts von neu eintragen. Noch sovieles mehr was mich sehr verwundert hat. Geilste Webseite überhaupt.
Und guter Steuerberater.

Nicht zu empfehlen. In meinem Fall: 4x Steuererklärung darüber abgegeben. Nicht eine ist annähernd an das berechnete Ergebnis rangekommen. Ganz im Gegenteil, jedesmal positive Rückerstattung angezeigt bekommen und letztendlich jedesmal nachgezahlt.

The tax filing can't be simple and better than this. Wundertax is really a great find for me and ease of mind.

Ausfüllen geht leicht, aber der Prozess nach dem Bezahlen (kein postalisches Versenden möglich und Identifikationsprozess schlug bei uns fehl) ist extrem irritierend. Kundenservice wurde kontaktiert.

Easy to use and apply the tax returns, i applied three times, and all the times i got the estimated money back.

Easy process, got rebates quickly

Straight forward and Easy to use service. When I encountered an issue with my address, the support team was quickly there to assist and in english !

I’ve been using Wundertax since a couple of years now. Initially, used it to file my carry forward losses as a student and then used their template to file my own returns via Elster. I came back to them when I wanted to file the returns for my employment years. They are very reliable and have a smart and easy to understand UI for absolute beginners. Their blog posts and articles are also a good resource for gathering knowledge on how to file your taxes in the most optimal manner possible. Their estimated refunds have always been very accurate and 3/4 times, I got around the same projected return. It’s also very helpful that they inform you via email that your return has been successfully processed so you at least have an idea that a physical letter/ money will be landing in your bank soon. I have always bought the tax returns bundle for 4 years using discounts (4 for the price of 3). It’s also easy to create tax returns for other family members under the same login and tax returns credits, so that you have everything at your fingertip. I’m very happy with Wundertax and will continue to use them for all my tax returns needs and I highly recommend them!

This is the second year I use Wundertax for my Tax declaration. The App is very awesome and helped me a lot especially that I don't speak German.

Found by chance on the Net when I moved to Germany, I've been using it for both my wife and me in the last 10 years.

It's really simple and cheap (35 euro if you don't use any special offer, of course less if you do). Half an hour and the tax declaration is done, with money return in the range of 500-1500 euro (each) every year.

After you approve the tax declaration you don't think about it anymore (no need to contact any agency to deliver it). This year I got the tax refund after a couple of weeks.

I will never search for an alternative.
