Good service, product is fantastic
Ordered the Horizon Ultra with several accessories from the .co.uk website a few weeks ago. I had a price match query, they responded quickly, matched the price, and I received the delivery about a week later. I'm in Ireland and had no issues with shipping or import or anything like that. Found the support quick to respond and very helpful.
Everything was well packaged - unboxing had a kind of premium feel to it. Didn't expect that.
The projector itself is as expected based on the various reviews I read. Excellent colour and brightness - my oled destroys it in dark scenes which is probably the most common criticism you'll see of it online. It is better than expected for me in those scenarios though, based on what I was expecting through the reviews.
The brightness, clarity, sharpness & colour depth are amazing by comparison to my old 1080p Optoma.
The auto Keystone function is great. I bought the stand to move it around the house and this takes most of the pain out of setup. The auto focus and colour tone are so handy as well. I cast on to a light cream wall and it calibrates easily. A screen might give better performance on that note in the darker scenes.
Sound is very good, if I'm watching something light I might not bother flicking on the Soundbar. Still would for a movie or big sporting event.
3D looks great and the brightness shines here as well. They don't have a 2D to 3D mode. I rarely used that on my old device, but if that's important to you keep it in mind.
Overall we're thrilled with it and would highly recommend both the product and direct purchase.

I've bought a Xgimi Horizon Pro 4k beamer using a special discount online, together with a voucher that a seller gave me during the Paris Fair on the Xgimi stand.
The discount was directly applied, and the voucher did work after I had validated it in the cart.
The price was excellent : 999€ (discount of the day)-100€ (personalized voucher) = 899€ !
Together with a X-Floor stand and a USB-4k stick.
Everything was fine, except that after paying through PayPal, the price "moved" back to 999€.
(I had decided to pay through PayPal after reading the many many bad reviews about Xgimi online store in TrustPilot, and I wanted some backup in case of problem).
I asked some explanation by email, got no answer, tried to call, no answer. I felt something weird was brewing, I got frightened about this order, so 30 minutes after the order, I decided to cancel it by email (no direct button to do this like in Amazon).
And I thought that I was covered by my cancelation message, sent almost immediately after the order.
Well... NO!
After 3 days, I received a message asking me "to confirm whether I really wanted to cancel the order" -although my original email was clear from the beginning - 3 days earlier - with a clear title : "Cancelation of order #XXX".
I confirmed the cancelation by email, and received a new message telling me that the product was already sent, and that I had to refuse the parcels if ever I had not change my mind by the time I receive them.
I did refuse the parcels as asked. And I thought that I would get my money back in the following week.
But for one month no news, neither of the money nor of the parcel.
I wrote again to threaten them of a Paypal dispute : they told me that the parcel hadn't arrived yet to their warehouses (what happened to be a lie, when I checked the DHL details).
And from that time, no more news...
So basically for 1,5 months I've got 1.000€ floating in the air (or rather making profit on Xgimi's bank account), with no information about getting the money back, for a product I've never even just seen nor touched.
I've eventually opened a dispute on Paypal, but I would highly discourage anybody planning to buy any product on their website.
I couldn't try the product, so I won't judge its quality.
But if you do buy a Xgimi beamer (or any other product from that brand !), at least I would recommand that you buy it somewhere safe, and not in this robbery store.
Low price guarantee really works!
I just bought a Horizon Ultra direct from XGIMI France and used the 'bas prix garanti' (lowest price guarantee) as I saw it cheaper on an Italian online store the same day. They refunded the difference to my card in under a week and communicated well - all before the projector arrived (but as I'm still waiting and impatiently tracking its crawl across Europe, that's 5 stars for XGIMI customer service and just one for using DHL!)

Unfortunately I had a small issue with the halo plus and I was horrified after reading the trust pilot reviews. However,the xgimi customer service team took with very good care our request from as soon as we addressed it and they replaced our product very quick! - Thanks a lot for that.
I dont usually post reviews but i think its fair to recognise their good service since most of reviews here are negative.

Direkt über die Website des Herstellers kaufen ist leider NICHT zum empfehlen! Besser via Amazon , da passiert so etwas NIE !!! Ärgerlich zumal die Retoure eigentlich dazu dienen sollte, beim Hersteller ein noch teureres , besseres Gerät zu bestellen.... :-(

Nous avons acheté un Projecteur XGIMI qui a eu de suite un défaut au niveau de l'écran. Après avoir contacté XGIMI ces derniers nous ont demandé d'envoyer le projecteur ce que nous avons fait en nous indiquant qu'un nouveau projecteur serait envoyé de suite.
Nous attendons depuis 1 mois le nouveau projecteur qui n'est toujours pas arrivé !!!!

Worst experience ever with an online purchase. I've bought a beamer through their EU website.
The invoice was not in line with the law, not showing VAT, therefore I've asked for a valid fiscal document.
After several email was clear that they didn't understand or they didn't want to understand.
I have asked to cancel the order and to refund the money. They told me, after 1 week that the beamer already left their warehouse, telling me to reject the delivery. So I did, and I was expecting for an immediate refund.
To make the story short, after dozens of emails and after 3 weeks, I have not yet received the money back. Unbelievable....
I can only imagine what could happen in case of technical issue....

I never leave trust pilot reviews, but would strongly urge people to think twice before buying any XGIMI. Bought the Horizon Ultra, which in all fairness, was the best 4K projector on the market, but decided to return as my flat is quite bright - couldn't have scripted what happened next...
Based in London, I decided to initiate a return within the 30-day period - their customer service, based in China, barely speaks English. Instructions to return were messy, they asked that I return the parcel with my own money (£100 of DHL fees, reimbursed later on) and to top it up, pretended my parcel was lost despite DHL confirming delivery / receipt.
To cut a long story short (and a very long email thread, chasing them daily), XGIMI finally reimbursed me as I paid with AMEX and their support team kindly helped pressure them to initiate the refund, almost 30 days following return (legally, should be within 14 days).
If you do decide to buy from them, buy with a credit card and protect yourself, they are not a trust worthy company despite the product being quality - good luck!

Returned a Mogo Pro video projector 1.5 month ago, still haven't received any refund, despite the signed proof that it was delivered back to them.
The customer service conveniently seems to loose emails when it suits them.
Don't buy from them, buy from other resellers are have proper return processes in place and that are honest. These guys are thieves.
Very poor returns experience
Bought the Horizon and the set up is not suitable for my house. Contacted them and they agreed the return but I've been waiting over 2 weeks for a return label and I'm starting to think it will never arrive. They have said I can return at my cost and they will refund the shipping cost but I'm suspicious of that set up... I have a bad feeling they will say they never received it and then I will be a projector down and no refund.

My husband ordered the Horizon Pro from Xgimi's UK website, even though we were a bit skeptical due to some not-so-great reviews. To ease my concerns, I reached out to Xgimi's chat support, probably based in China, and got the thumbs up that our order was on its way. Surprisingly, it only took five days from the order date to land on our doorstep in dublin, shipped all the way from China. The projector arrived in perfect shape, and we're happily impressed with its performance, graphic is amazing. We are streaming on the white wall now and it does the job and gives really immersive experience. One small hiccup though – my husband forgot to add the free TV stick to the order. I brought it up with the contact center, and they assured me it would be sent in a separate parcel. Unfortunately, it never arrived, which was a bit disappointing.
XGIMI Aura: Teures Gerät mit mieser Soundqualität - und nichts wird unternommen
Wir haben den XGIMI Aura Projektor gekauft. Leider hat dieser Coil Whine, ein lautes Pfeiffen, das nicht alle hören - aber wenn es gehört wird, ist es wahnsinnig störend.
Zuerst haben wir den Kundenservice kontaktiert. Am Telefon hiess es: "Klar, senden Sie uns ein Video, wir werden Ihnen dann antworten mit dem weiteren vorgehen". Das ist nun über ein Monat her, wir haben nichts gehört.
Wir haben das Gerät dann über Interdiscount, wo wir es gekauft haben, zur Reperatur eingeschickt. Notabene kostete der Projektor 1'700 Franken und wiegt 11 Kilo und wir mussten es selber immer wieder bringen und abholen.
Nach der ersten Reperatur haben sie das Problem bestätigt und gesagt, es sei repariert. Wir haben das Gerät nach Hause geschleppt, eingestellt - das Coil Whine persistierte. Also nochmal - Reperatur - und die Antwort dann: DAS PFEIFFEN IST NORMAL. Sie könnten nichts tun.
Und das wars! Kein Angebot, den Projektor gegen einen anderen auszutauschen, überhaupt gar nichts. Wir sitzen hier, mit dem XGIMI Aura Projektor, der uns 1'700 Franken gekostet hat, und wollen keinen einzigen Film darauf schauen, weil das Coil Whine uns das ganze Filmerlebnis vermiest.
Was soll das? Beim ersten Mal wird das Problem bestätigt, und "repariert" - und beim zweiten Mal wird das Problem bestätigt, wir "müssten es aber akzeptieren"?
Der Kauf des XGIMI Projektors war ein riesiger Fehler, von dem wir jedem dringend abraten wollen.

The fact that XGIMI don’t use this page and respond to reviews is telling. No local customer service and sending out refurbished replacements when people have bought new after making customers pay for shipping to Asia?! No thank you.

J ai été débité le jour même de 1899eur pour un vidéo projecteur horizon Ultra après un achat sur le site officiel. Au bout d une semaine aucune nouvelle du transporteur en charge. Le service client Xgimi france ne peut rien faire. J essaye désespérément de me faire rembourser. Un scandale pour des produit à ce prix là. Je déconseille vivement d acheter sur leur site.
Excellent customer support
I recently purchased the Halo+ projector directly from XGIMI.
Firstly, the product itself is great quality and worked out the box with no hiccups, if not exceeding my expectations.
Secondly, I needed the projector fairly urgently so I emailed customer support to see if they could prioritise shipment. They responded immediately even though it was nearly 7pm in the evening. I received the product the next day.
I think they deserve credit for great customer support and I'm really happy with the product as well. Well done guys.
Scam XGIMI
I wanted to order a portable projector for myself and looked at what was available on the market and ended up locking in the XGIMI Halo+ projector with multi angle stand for AUD 1399 on their website.
I spoke to Jack Liu when ringing their mobile number listed on their website and he confirmed that product will ship next business day. Next day when I rang again the same person told me that I will receive my tracking details today. After receiving nothing I waited over the weekend and called them on Monday and I found out that calls have now been directed to voicemails.
I had my gut feeling that something is fishy the way they talked.
Please do not buy from this company if you want peace of mind.
MoGo Pro 2 is a compact excellent…
MoGo Pro 2 is a compact excellent projector, bright and quiet. Keystone correction is superb and allows the projector to be placed off-axis from the screen. BIGGEST PROBLEM lack of built-in Netflix. This is incomprehensible and requires a firestick as a work-around. This could be a deal breaker for many. Needs to be corrected ASAP
Don't buy anything from Xgimi
Don't buy anything from Xgimi, their warranty program sucks. Last year I was exchanged a projector that was purchased and was under warranty, so far without problems, to my surprise I was given a projector already used but working, until last month the projector was working without any problem until I started to notice some white spots in the image (the same problem as the projector that had sent to be exchanged) I contacted Xgimi's customer support where I was told that they will not exchange the project since it no longer has a warranty.
According to Eu/PT law they are obliged to extend the warranty since it was an exchange for a product !
Be careful don't buy anything from them.
